Reception staff could have been more welcoming and tell us how to find our way around the hotel complex. No information given about breakfast, pool, wifi, etc. The house maintenance people were nice and kept the apartment clean and tidy.

The location was great for access to BDL and quite close to Springfield and Hartford via the freeway. Nice, comfortable beds and facilities. Would recommend for the location and comfort.

Breakfast was kinda a strange set up. The ran out of stuff very quickly . Maybe people were just eating too much but both times I went down 2 hours before it ended and there would be little protein. Like no egg or sausage. I asked the lady running in the most polite nicest way if eggs were coming as I had to go and if not, that’s completely fine . Just needed to know. Gave me such a strange look like I was asking something outrageous and said “I don’t know when ” or something like that and the tone was rude for no reason . And then I heard her in the kitchen with the door open making a comment to another worker about me asking . It was just a weird encounter . I just left and got an egg McMuffin. I don’t know..there was no way to interpret what I asked as rude haha literally did it in my nicest sweetest tone.

My room was spacious . My bed was super comfy . I liked the kitchen area.

It was not that many places to go near the location. You have to drive a little bit further. The elevator was scary. Defiantly need new elevators. Children run in the hallway, which was very annoying at times.

It looked like online. And the breakfast was really good.

We could have used another chair because the couch was too Soft. Not comfort when you have a back problem A couple of couch pillows would have made the couch more comfortable

We never ate breakfast Office help and housecleaning girls were very courteous and helpful. At check in we were able to get same accomidations on first floor due to not being able to do stairs The transition went smoothly. Thank you. Things were left for us at the desk and refrigerator and items were given to us at check in Thank you

We didn't like the fact that we had to walk out side to get to the lobby area for breakfast in the morning

Our stay was decent. We spent 3 nights. The facility was very clean. The suites are spacious with comfortable beds. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet for the sofa bed so you didn't have to call front desk for that. It was conveniently close to all fast food and restaurants. Target is 6 minutes away.

There seems to be some disconnect between the hotel and booking.com. The emails sent to guests with the hotel check in info etc need to be updated. As I was going to be a late arrival, I had to call the hotel to confirm the hours of the front desk as the email from booking.com/homewood had inaccurate information going back to Covid days. And even though I had a confirmed email and had previously contacted the hotel over the phone about my reservation when I arrived the clerk quoted me the wrong rate. This was all rather surprising and a bit frustrating for a simple reservation at a Hilton owned property.

It was an adequate airport hotel for my one night stay. I chose this hotel not because I needed a suite but because the price was right. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I appreciated that the hotel chose to use refillable shampoo and soap. Unfortunately, both were empty in our room. The breakfast had many choices but the hot items we chose were all cold.

The room was very comfortable with a nicely outfitted kitchenette. We appreciated getting a little goody bag with water and cookies on arrival. The shuttle was great though we had to call to find out how to catch it. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Entire parking lot was not snow plowed enough difficult to move bags and walk . Noisy second floor kept us up late .

No breakfast had to leave early to get to a flight. Room was nice , though second floor above us was noisy.

The only thing we noticed was that the hot water handle wobbled at the bathroom sink. As we checked out, it was mentioned to the woman at the counter. She sad she would certainly tell the maintenance person to have it fixed. One thing we did not expect was to get to the rooms we needed to exit the check-in building and get to the rooms from outside. Unfortunately for us, it was raining when we arrived and left the following morning.

These are suites and nice size rooms. Although we stayed for one night only and left early the following morning, we didn't use the refrigerator, dishes, etc, but all was nice. It was a very nice hotel. Rachel, who checked us in, was very nice. The hotel dies have shuttle service via erd party to tbe airport (Bradley International). We recommend this hotel

I wasn't happy with the bathroom. It not to my liking. The room was for the handicapped, and since we were not, the conveniences for them were awkward for us. It would have been nice to have two chairs and no office chairs.

The breakfast was good and the location was ok, but I wouldn't want to be there in the winter or in really bad weather, no protection. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was bright, cheerful and clean.
