Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe room’s appliances were dated. One of the shelves in the refrigerator was missing the glass and it didn’t feel like it was very cold. We had to adjust it to the lowest setting to have it maintain a safe temperature. When we got there the room was cooler than the interior of the fridge.. The main door to the room had a large gap at the bottom (about 1-1.5inches) and so any noise in the hallway could be heard very clearly.
It was convenient and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional.

United StatesThe pool was disgusting. The staff walking around was unfriendly. The breakfast didn’t have fruit. I only had maid service one time in a week. I had to ask for garbage to be taken out and for fresh towels. I also had to get bedding and towels from front desk because they didn’t have anyone to bring to me. I ended up having to leave garbage and towels outside door so they would get picked up.
The plaza was pretty and it was convenient to beaches and other islands

United StatesFor a newly renovated hotel there were some issues. We had a leak in the ceiling in the first room we were placed in. The second room had a leak in the kitchen sink and the exhaust fan over the stove did not work this made cooking a little hard.
The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed the setting.

Everything was almost perfect from the woman i.believe Cathy that was working the desk,she was very friendly ,joyful and accommodating. The room we were fist given had only portable Air conditioning units and it was 78 degrees in the room she immediately moved us,other than that issue we loved the room it was very comfortable from the set up to the comfort of the bed.The entire property i side and outside were extremely clean,the outside areas were landscaped beautifully. The location is perfect you really couldn't ask for more as it's located in a village where there are many good places to eat and many small shops for shopping and target is so.close you can walk there. The beach literally to us 4 minutes to drive. I highly recommend this hotel 100 percent and we will return.

Had I not asked, I would have had a very unpleasant day. Most everything had milk in it. 3) Staff told me to take my time to write management. WHY? For what is their time reserved?

United StatesOur card key didn't work several times as well as some of the other guests as well during the stay. We were locked out of our room for 2 and a half hours the day of departure which delayed our travel time to another important meeting in Georgia. The maintenance man on call made several mistakes and did not know anything about the electronic locking system which turned out to be a mechanical issue. He had never worked on the locking systems before and wanted to replace the lock which would have delayed the trip for another 3-4 hours. The management team had no back up plan to get in the room ( no universal mechanical key) and my husband saved the day by trying to open the window (1st floor room) and luckily the window was unlocked. You would have thought the maintenance man would have checked for that first. He was clueless about everything it seemed. Again, management had no back-up plan.
Breakfast was good but not excellent. No fresh fruit and needed more variety.
