We spent two nights. The bed was too hard for us. The second night my back was hurting so bad, I got up and tried sleeping on the sofa. We will have to try another hotel next time we go visit my mother. Most people would probably find the beds to be fine.

The location was perfect. We were in town for my mothers birthday, just a block away from Publix where we picked up her cake. The bedroom was separate with it's own large television, which was much appreciated when my husband wanted to watch football. The sink was separate from the shower which made getting ready easier. The a/c worked great and there was plenty of hot water.

I didn't really like the pillows. They weren't fluffy. The tiles on the bathroom floor could use some deep cleaning. It would have been nice to use the outdoor hot tub, but it was broken and looked nasty.

The location of this hotel was very convenient to restaurants; we were able to walk to one. It would have been nice to have a grocery nearby as well. We appreciated the kitchen amenities, the large TV, and the computer desk. The breakfast was great! Lots of choices.

Lack of consistent housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights arranged housekeeping for the third day. No one showed up. We went to the desk and picked up our own towels. We were paying $320 a night housekeeping should be better. Also the eggs and oatmeal were disappointing.

We didn't like the message that we received, a few days before our arrival, notifying us about the requirement of masks. In the state of Florida, a business isn't allowed to require one. Please read Florida Statute, Section 381.00316 that states businesses may not require any person to wear a face covering in order to gain access to, entry upon, or services from the business. We debated if we still wanted to keep our reservation. However, once we got there, we were relieved that we were not going to have to debate anyone over it. In fact, no one was wearing a mask. I would suggest that you stop sending out these messages, especially in the state of Florida, where it's not allowed. In our room, I would have liked an actual coffee pot, or even a Keurig machine. We also would have liked more towels/washcloths in the room when you check in.

We liked the location. It was very close to restaurants, stores, malls, etc... We liked the breakfast buffet. We liked our room, that had a separate bedroom & kitchen.

The continental breakfast over three days was disappointing because there was no warm food, cold sausage, cold potatoes, or cold eggs. I don't believe they spent any time keeping the hot food warm after it was cooked

Most breakfasts you had to eat on Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils, but I also understand staffing is probably an issue to keep up with dishes

The breakfast every morning was a nice feature. Our room was very comfortable and it was great that the staff was able to provide a crib for our baby which was safe and assured my anxiety of sleep safe practices. The pool area was nice and my 2 young kids loved it. Very family friendly hotel!

Room cleaning was only available on request, which was a bit surprising for such a good place. Also I felt that this time (I've stayed there several times), the breakfast wasn't that great...again, for such a solid hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location for stores and necessities, also quite a number of restaurants. Diane and the front-desk team are super, always "on their game."

Absolutely nothing. Wish I would have visited during a better season so I would be able to use the pool. I found out the pool was heated on my last day, but I'll return and when I do - I will swim all day...lol.

Due to a bad review I read before booking, I expected an unkempt room - that was far from the facts! The room had everything I needed that I might have forgotten. The food was great - and don't forget free!

at check in i spent 15 minutes to get the key as the machine was not working. the room had a strong humidity smell the room is serviced every other day and i wasnt made aware of that at check in. WHen i complained, they told me there was a (tiny) sign in the bathroom advising that.

SEVERAL ISSUES RESULTED IN CHECKING OUT EARLY ! TOILET FLUSH PROBLEM VERY MUSTY SMELL IN ROOM MADE US FEEL SICK BED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL RATE WE PAID EVEN USING PRICELINE WAS NOT FAIR BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE ! BREAKFAST WAS HONESTLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL ! NO BEVERAGE CHOICES, JUST COFFEE , WATER WITH A TERRIBLE TASTE , WARM CRANBERRY JUICE . EGGS WERE HORRIBLE, POTATOES LIKE RUBBER, SAUSAGE HORRID , STAFF WAS NOT WITH THE PROGRAM , CEREAL IN A DISPENSER AND THE MILK WAS IN A SMALL PITCHER IN A DIFFERENT PLACE FRUIT WAS CANNED , GRAPEFRUIT WAS WHOLE NOT EVEN SLICED IN HALF AND NO UTENSILS AVAILABLE TO DO ANYTHING WITH IT ... JUST CRAZY AND REVIEWS WE SAW BEFORE BOOKING SAID IT WAS ONE OF THE 3 BEST IN OCALA ...
