Nice rooms not worth the cost...

Entrance was difficult to navigate. Breakfast was mediocre.

Great location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast!

They had an exercise class outside! Music blasting at 10:30am on a holiday (Labor Day)

The room was very spacious and convenient. It has supermarket and target nearby. The kitchen was provided with pots and pans along with utensils and cutting boards. Front service staff were very nice and quick to respond to my problems. I requested for input remote and HDMI cable which they nicely provided for us.

The set up of the room was a bit weird as the tv was facing the wall, not the bed or the sofa. We asked for house cleaning but towels were not changed and washing machine detergent was not replenished.

I liked the room, the breakfast options, in general the staff is very professional, proactive and friendly, specially the breakfast team and the front desk, they all speak very good Spanish and English, an added value. During my 9 days stay in August 2025, we stay here during my family vacations and the facilities/location was very convenient. I really liked and enjoy the kitchenette in the room.

The mattress in the sofa bed was not comfortable. I reported to the manager and due to a confusion with my reservation, they couldn’t change me to a two bed room. we worked it out, but it was very uncomfortable. Always review your final bill, before leaving I was extra charged and I had to call to the hotel and speak to the manager to receive my reimbursement for the overcharge.

Lovely location, friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast selection, generous size rooms - fully equipped. Good transport links into NYC, Lovely view of Manhatten. Good selection of restaurants, shops & supermarkets in local vicinity.

The mattress on the sofa bed was a bit thin but a quick visit to Target for a mattress topper did the trick!!

It was dirty and smelly and way over priced

When checking in the staff was bickering about who should work . I booked king suite and was given a double bed instead the room smelled moldy and the door was broken so every time I needed to go back to my room I had to struggle with the door knob. There was no one at the front desk all night

Free underground parking 30 min to uptown via GW bridge or mid-town via Lincoln tunnel 1 bed flat with basic but all necessary kitchen set up comfortable space for a family of 3 travelling with a car tax efficient shopping in New Jersey - acessible to but also away from chaos of Manhattan river views, location close to shops and various restaurants breakfast is included and standard of the offering was satisfactory Managers of this property should be proud to have such an amazing team of housekeepers with positive attitude, kitchen and serving team who are always on top of things and keep all diding areas super clean and tidy. The team also have very positive internal dynamics which reflects to clients as a coherent approach across the board. We cant thank enough to Aysha at the front desk who worked hard at making our two week stay a pleasure

The property accepts pets. If you dont own a pet, the it means you arent familiar with the smells..etc come with spaces that accomodate pets over the long term. frankly, we had to change from our initially allocated room to another that hasnt accomocated any pets. For us it was a better experience.

Loved the location easy to get to. Staff were friendly as well.

The pull out sofa needs some improvement mattress was not comfortable

The room was small kitchen is not ideal for cooking. Kitchen could have been better equipped, no soap in my room. Breakfast options were not the best.

The breakfast was very nice full variety and plentiful. The convenience of parking and kitchen accessories.

The bed was uncomfortable so much so my partner ended up on the couch for the firmness. The view from the room was deceiving.

Terribke lighting in the bedroom. Bathroom needs upgrade. Nice staff accmodating, professional and friendly. Separate bedroom, lots if drawspace Brought my own bread and got butter, cream cheese, yogurt ,bananas,cream, honey sugar etc. Make my own coffee. But there's is better than the usylual hotel stuff in the US Like toaster in kitchen Bed was comfy.

Cheap bread and english muffins , acidic juice, fake bagels. Bacon like beef jerkey,tasteless sausages, not seared enough.Jam with high fructose corn syrup .Terrible lighting in bedroom.Couldnt find or see anything in my draws.Useless furniture ie metal table and bug rollng thing init. Couch was ok

Location was great and the buffet breakfast was amazing every time. Everything in the room was clean and in working order. It would be a great option, especially if having a longer stay.

Spotlessly clean. Large rooms with seating, sleeping and cooking facilities. A real bonus was the safety deposit box and free parking and good included breakfast. Easy access by bus into Manhattan and back.

The hotel is ideally located for those wanting to see New Jersey and New York without the constant rush of Manhattan. The room sizes are a welcome change compared to those I've stayed in across the river Great breakfast, something for everyone , coffee bar available free of charge 24 hours a day which proved useful with the jetlag. Wonderful views of the NYC skyline from our 7th floor room. The bus into port authority was just a short walk away. All staff I met were helpful and friendly. And a handy selection of shops just around the corner.
