The suite wasn’t great. When we entered there was a strong moldy smell. The sofa was badly stained. We didn’t know that cleaning of rooms only happened every other day so for the 3 day stay we had only one cleaning.

The front desk lady acted as if we were a problem starting with asking for 4 waters instead of 2 since there was 4 of us staying. She just wasn’t nice and seemed annoyed when we came back with a question about moving to a different room which she would t let us do.

We stayed a few weeks ago and it was great. The breakfast is top notch!! This time not so much. The breakfast was still great but the room and front desk lady weren’t that great.

Our room didn't smell fresh, actually smelled. There was a pencil (not our) on the floor and there was a very dirty alarm clock on the floor near the bed. Hadn't been picked up for some time, I imagine. We had NO body wash it was completely empty...poor job was as far as housekeep goes, so it made us think about everything else and how well it was cleaned. I paid 1/3 of the stay on a weekend day and had a better experience. The pool...not sure what you use, but there is a very saltiness you can't help to get a taste from splashing...a little boy plus her Mother and 3 sisters were in pool at same time..he was about 4 or 5 years old...he got that salt in his mouth and vomited..his mother took him out and he vomited pool side.. mother picked up with towels and was embarrassed, but this is not her fault. I have never been in a pool and experienced this before.

Our was very good size for our family and we had a very good location in the hotel. The beds were comfortable we had appropriate linen and towels. GREAT size TV fridge and kitchen area. Breakfast was good and a variety of choices to choose from.

I have no complaints, although if they ever want to add a hot tub to the pool area, I'm in.

We love that they have the big double suites so the whole family can be in one area (instead of split into separate rooms). There's 8 of us, and the double suite was perfect. Breakfast was excellent as usual, and the staff there is always helpful and friendly. It's a great location, with lots of restaurant options nearby and easy access to both I-25 and the E470.

My only concern, you wasn’t able to adjust the curtains, so much sunlight, I wished I had a safety pin.

I was awoken abruptly at 5am by an incredibly jarring noise directly outside my window. Turns out the garbage was being picked up, and the hotel must have been the first stop because. judging from the noise, the truck was clearly empty. I attempted to give this feedback to a staff member at the desk on my way out, and the lady turned a cold shoulder. Not even a sorry for the unsolicited wake-up call for me and every other guest staying on that side of the hotel.

This is our favorite hotel in the Denver area. The breakfast is always excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's in a great location for our trips and easy to get to from the interstate. We really appreciate the saltwater pool, which is much easier on our skin and hair, and the kitchenettes make it easy to save a little money of dining out.

the only thing I really noticed about the property that I was surprised about was the cost of the snacks and convenience items. I think putting gum at 9.00 and other items at double or triple the price at a store is a bit much. definitely convince items should be higher as they help from leaving the hotel but it was way to high in my opinion.

the property was clean, always someone to help, exceptional staff serving breakfast , the food was fresh, different daily hot meals with some things remaining the same as staples. I feel like they accommodate so many different breakfast styles for all guests, two staff really stood out (Cathy and Dylan, you both where so personable and made us feel so welcome! my family stayed for a week, and Wednesday they have a beautiful happy hour with drinks and food, kids where welcomed and accommodated with foods they could enjoy as well. activity books and reading books where available for traveling in cars for the kiddos, and the entire week was stress free and wonderful. we did not travel with pets, but I love that they also have pet availability. the kids had some pool time, it was quiet and enjoyable as a family.

The suite was clean, had enough washcloths and towels for both of us (finally didn’t have to ask the front desk for more wash cloths), sheets and blankets and pillows looked and smelled cleaned, kitchen was well-equipped, and staff was very friendly.
