Looks like there was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom . The water in pool and spa area was really dirty just seemed like they added a lot of chlorine to counter it . The pool towels are thin and hard . The phone in our room didn't work for guest services the tables didn't get washed down between guests for breakfast . I asked for blankets and we received bed skirts . We asked for firmer pillows and got the same pillows , I think there was a language barrier.

Easy Check in and out . The breakfast was pretty good and well stocked . The staff was responsive and kind .

The room seemed a bit worn in, I found some holes in the carpet, peeling and bubbling paint in the bathroom. some food stains in the ceiling of the kitchen. Other than that it was great but not enough to complain about it, I think If I spent more money then yes 100% I would have because the photos advertised was not what we received. The free breakfast was nice but too crowded for me to try.

The customer service was great, anything we requested they took care of right away.

The hallway and room we stayed in was very worn and looked dirty. They have replaced the carpet in some of the hallways and repainted as well. Unfortunately, we were not lucky and did not have a room in one of those areas. Also, we did have a problem with the light in the kitchen area staying on and it would shut off on its own continuously. They did send someone to fix it while we were out of the room.

The staff were all super friendly and the distance to the beach and Legoland was only about 10 minutes. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and had different meat options that changed each day.

The dishwasher in our room was straight up broken and rusted out. There wasn’t a lot of equipment in the kitchen besides the coffee maker and one pan. Plus the rooms are definitely not sound proof, heard the couple next door that was very active.

The location is great, the complimentary breakfast is amazing, loved the pool. The room was clean and cozy, the ac/heater worked great, and you can log into Netflix on the phone.

Dirt, crumbs, hair pin, and wrappers were outside our door when the people beside us checked out. And it stayed that way for days. The pans have scratches on them so was hard to cook meals

They were doing construction on the first floor, which wasn’t ideal, but I understand it’s got to be done sometimes. The TVs were a little confusing, especially for older folks.

It’s close to Legoland, which is where we went during our stay. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us. A lot of privacy for a shared space. The rooms were nice, the beds were decent. The breakfast was exceptional.

It’s not that I didn’t like something in particular it is only a comment on the fact that the room was getting a bit dated and wear and tear is showing.

Room was very clean, comfortably sized. I didn’t eat the breakfast but it smelled very inviting. Room is very usable for multiple people be it families or friends. Nicely appointed small kitchen.

Need small safes in rooms for personal items. A safe was not even available at the front desk. Carpets were fraying and stained. No clock in the kitchen or living room area.

When we asked if it is safe to drink tap water, the front desk person said better not to drink it but some guests drink it. and then that's the time he gave us 2 bottles of drinking water. After a few days, I saw a couple registering and saw that they were given 2 bottles of drinking water which looked like part of the welcome pack. In our case, it was given only when we asked about the drinking water. On our last breakfast, I was going to get a sliced white bread and noticed that was mold on the bread. I took it, showed it to the kitchen staff and I through it in the trash can. Someone should do quality check on the food. The hotel has a tie up with Ride Circuit App that offers free shuttle to some areas in the Carlsbad area. However, our phone is not compatible, we can't download the app. Just sad that it is a nice feature of the hotel but not everyone can use it.

The breakfast was superb! Lots of choices, yogurt, bagels, breads, muffins, scrambled egg, waffle, fruits, main course - chicken or pork, coffee, tea, juices, etc. The main course varies everyday. There is also a happy hour every Wednesday and the food served was already good for dinner. The room was large and comfortable complete with basic kitchen utensils, refrigerators, microwave and stove top and dish washer.

Very small dining table was cramped for only two people. Bathroom sink was open to bedroom so no privacy and had noise to wakeup sleeping guests. Parking lot at night was very full but we ultimately were able to find a spot.

Very nice one-bedroom suite. Breakfast buffet had everything! Hot and tasty. Appreciated the privacy of a bedroom with a door that closes, instead of a partition. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was amazing.
