Our room lacked an iron, we had to call housekeepng, it was dirty on the bottom when it was delivered. The couch in the sitting room was sagging, Toliet paper holder wasn't convenient to the toliet

The breakfast hours were longer than stated. It was yummy . The porter/bell hop was so helpful I think his name was Marvin.

The cleanliness of the furniture which was horribly stained.

The sofa and chairs in the living area were extremely stained. I asked to switch rooms which was accommodated and the new room was just as bad so I just endured since it was a short trip. However, I didn't feel comfortable using the sofa sleeper.

As much as I hate to say it, you guys really need to update the drapes, furniture and the bedding. I know that that’s a lot of money, and a huge overhaul. However, the complaints of mustiness, etc. come from those items. I felt it necessary to lay towels on the furniture before I sat on it because they were stained. Stains on the seats and stands on the headrest of the sofa. There was no soap packet so I could run the dishwasher properly when checking out, which made me worry about the cleanliness of the dishes in the kitchen area.

The location of this property is simply amazing. It’s in a beautiful, safe area. Very close to shopping and dining. Don’t even need your car to get to most of the places I wanted to go. The staff was exceptional, and very welcoming. I don’t understand how anyone complained about the front desk being rude. The only time I saw any staff member get curt at all was when dealing with a customer who was being completely unreasonable. They handled it better than I would have. (Manner expectations also differ throughout the country. What one person considers rude could just be someone not being overly polite sometimes.) the staff in the breakfast area were simply amazing as well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything is stocked and fresh and sparkling clean. The breakfast also had many options for different types of appetites. You can walk to many different restaurants nearby in Little Italy as well. So many options to choose from..

Some minor issues -- the bath drain couldn't be plugged properly, so I could only shower. And there wasn't a kettle to make tea, only a little coffee machine, but I made it work!

Hi, Seems like random people can just come into hotel and roam. There was a lot of that happening, especially around breakfast time. Overall the gym, the pool, and the breakfast was great. Location is close to great restaurants and the harbor.

The tub floor was stained but the bathroom was clean so it didn't bother me. There wasn't any dish soap in the kitchen to wash the dishes we used.

The location was perfect. Check in was super easy. The bells man assisted with navigating to the parking garage so it was pretty easy.
