The couch could have been bigger and more comfy for the size of our suite, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Loved the check in/out and digital key card features on the app!!! Location was great — close to the highway, gas stations, stores, and restaurants. The whole place was super clean and easy to navigate. With our family of 6, we were so thankful to have found this gem that’ll accommodate all of us! All the nightstands and lamps had plugs and USB ports available. The receptionist staff (Jose) and the kitchen staff were so nice and friendly. We also really appreciated free parking on site. We will no doubt be booking here should we be back in the area!

Breakfast was disappointing. No variety and the options that were available tasted awful. Carpet in the room though clean was ugly. According to the booking, it was supposed to be two queen beds but we were given full beds. The rooms were a bit small.

The location was great. Kitchen facilities were very good, which was important to us. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Nice toiletries. Comfortable beds.

The breakfast offerings were OK, but we would have liked more choice of fresh fruit and different types of yoghurt. Also, all the pillows were squishy. Offering at least one firmer pillow would have been welcome.

The location was very good for both restaurants and shopping, also for getting to other nearby areas.

The facilities were always clean. Furnishings were up-to-date. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing. The hot water stayed hot and the water pressure was perfect. The TV with the personalized welcome message was a wonderful touch. This hotel was the best we've experienced.

The fire alarm was pulled numerous times after midnight and the front desk staff member said it was kids. There are cameras on every floor by the fire alarm pulls and yet NOTHING was done to prevent it from happening after the 1st time. VERY frustrating when you are awakened by false fire alarms in a hotel. And I don't care if it was kids or not there's NO excuse for that action. That's a serious thing to do not to mention the danger one thinks it's in especially on higher level floors of a hotel!!! Of course the front desk clerk was nice and apologetic but that doesn't take away from an awful experience!!! When I'm in the area again I will NOT be staying here again!!!

Being charged twice for a room after prebooking it. And still has yet to be resolved. And there was construction going on in the hotel they didn’t tell us about so it was very noisy.

Breakfast was alright, parking was good.

The breakfast is only offered from 6-9:30 on Saturday and Sunday. The hours were early if you wanted to sleep in. The water was not hot in the shower and we had to take lukewarm showers. The ceiling fan in our room was missing a screw and it looked and sounded like it was going to fall down on us.

It was in a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to America Ampitheater.

When we got there, there were kids playing baseball in the parking lot around all of the vehicles we didn't feel comfortable parking. The room we were given did not fit all of us, we had to have one person sleep on the floor. it was very dingy and dirty hair everywhere walls and curtains were dirty. the tv in the bedroom didn't even work . In the middle of the night an alarm clock was going off in the room despite the fact that the clock didn't even have time (looked like it was not working) continued to go off even after unplugged.

Gregory talked to much with negative remarks about Mississippi. He asked why does my family and I still live here? Stating that we (All Mississippians) don't have water, trash pick up, and other negative remarks. He stated to my 17 year old son that him and my 17 year old nephew probably share the same girlfriend. He was unprofessional with his uneducated views of your guest from Mississippi and out of line. I didn't appreciate it.
