Breakfast was good more variety required like fruits, cantaloupe, watermelon granola bacon... otherwise very good. Front desk clerk Maximus gave us SUPERB service upon our arrival. We had a long day of travel and was very tired, plus it was our honeymoon he made us feel welcomed that was greatly appreciated

The swimming pool was closed. Ice machine on floor was broken. Water was turned off for 5 hours. No room made up. No new towels. Needed more in room coffee.

Nice room there is a lot of groups using the place and crowded for breakfast. Lack of hot water in shower. Wasnt cold but not great all same.

Couldn’t close heavier drapes to keep the light out. Carpet was really worn. Didn’t like having to pay to park but we realize this is common for the area.

Wonderful experience. Staff were best part - very nice. Pretty pool area. Breakfast delicious. We really appreciated the hotel offering the option to relocate when one of the members in our party had to be hospitalized an hour away.

We very mainly disappointed as we only had one night out (as parents of 3 we had to get a sitter back home in Wesley Chapel and drove 2 hours), and we specifically filtered for a hotel with a hot tub as that was the point of staying out in a hotel rather than just driving to the theme park the next day from home. It was our 2 year anniversary and Valentine's Day and the staff said unfortunately the spa doesn't heat up(they didn't specify if it was seasonally shut off or just broken, but it kind of messed up the plan and the vibe of the evening and we spent a lot of money to stay at the hotel; not having extra money to go out and do anything else. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, the room and hotel were very clean, breakfast was great; many options; including hot cooked meals.

The lifts were quite slow and felt a bit unsafe.

Close to attractions and it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was a bonus also.

Music coming from pool area early in the morning and late at night.

Breakfast was good..lovely scrambled egg..nice large room, comfy bed..free shuttle bus to parks was a bonus..staff were lovely especially Oskar at front desk..very welcoming and helpful, a lovely man!

Hot Tub was out of service & the hotel did not inform us that the water supply would be turn off. We went without water for more than an hour.

Room 326 too much noise from freeway. Too much noise from air con. Laundry needs maintenance, Hotel is tired and run down.

The hotel is not cleaned and some details of building, lift and garden was damaged. The swimming pool Garten was not carrying enough.

It localization was nice because it is a way to Disney parks and there are markets, outlets around.

Breakfast was average. Had to use plastic plates and cutlery and when finished, we just had to throw them away in the bin so not good for the environment. Rooms a little dark lol

Communication with the housecleaning ladies was a little difficult when a support was needed from them regarding housekeeping. They barely speaks English.

Breakfast was perfect, rooms were ok and the bed as well. Comment, replace the phone on the kitchen table to the desktop in the room or place one more phone their. The phone on the kitchen table takes room on the table when having a meal. Valuable for your money.

Paid parking, lack of breakfast options, outdated furniture, WiFi drops in workout area. Tub drainage was an issue.
