Our only complaint was our bedroom air conditioner was very loud and cycled in&out all night. The test was just so lovely!

Love the property, location, our King suite allowed us privacy as we traveled with an adult son for family event. He enjoyed the pullout couch. Wish the bathroom was shielded from the bedroom as is done at Hampton suites.

Beautiful hotel in great location, unfortunately had a plumbing leak through ceiling to front desk during stay but staff worked very hard to keep guests safe and mess cleaned up.

Since we had issues checking in they gave us free parking. I don’t understand why parking would be extra when you are already paying for the room.

There was a small glitch when checking in. We had to wait a few minutes until the system came back up. The desk lady and manager were very nice and apologized several times. When the system came back up they helped us right away. Very courteous and professional.

We liked the cleanliness, size of the room with the kitchen and the separate living room, and convenient location. Attentive staff and also the option to safely book a ride to the stadium via their partners.

The cleanliness. The dishwasher in the room was still full with dishes, clean but not emptied, the garbage disposal was broken, One of the curtains was broke and some areas of the room weren't dusted.

Everything was clean we had 5 people and 1 pet so we rented a suite and it was plenty of room for us. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was really good! We stay in Jacksonville overnight on our way to naples fla. I pack my tops with the hangers still on them and I bring then out and hang them in the closet even for just an overnight stay. I forgot to put my shirts back in my bag and didn't realize it until we got to our rental house in naples. So I called homewood and they found my shirts and shipped them overnight to me in naples. I was so thankful they went above and beyond to get me my clothes so I wouldn't have to stop by there on my way home. We will most definitely stay here again on next yesrs vacation!
