Location, wish it were closer to Holland attractions. But otherwise a great hotel!

I didn’t like that the room above me had stomping and running. Early in the morning and late at night, very annoying. Suggestion to put families on one side of the building, or couples without children on an another section.

Everything! Room was gorgeous. Good value. Relaxed in room and the beautiful outdoor patio. Breakfast was good. Adding chicken to breakfast burritos with all the asswaaories was a refreshing change from other hotel breakfasts.

Honestly the beds were a little to firm for our liking.

What can I really say except I love everything about our stay from the size of the room, cleanliness, and all your necessities were provided, the amazing shower with 2 shower heads, and the curtains that open and close with minimal push/pull. The breakfast has a great variety, including tortillas to make breakfast tacos which you don't see often. Amazing staff, friendly and attentive to the customers' needs, and the kitchen staff was on top of refilling the breakfast so everyone had their share. The hotel provided a small section to buy snacks and beverages as well as a bar if you needed a drink or two!

My only complaint was that we didn’t have more time there. We checked in late (10:30) and had an early morning, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the facility. Specifically, the outdoor fire pits and lounging.

The breakfast was very good. We had everything to make breakfast burritos and the staff kept refreshing the food and kept it clean. I was very happy with it.

Really nothing other than potentially the location being far removed from most activities we wanted to do.

This property that was newly built fall of 2024 is beautiful! Spotless clean with spacious rooms. The indoor pool was great, large fitness center and gorgeous outdoor space. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Build your own breakfast burritos every morning along with cereals, juices, coffee bar, oatmeal bar and numerous bread options. They had a social time with free basic dinner one night. All the staff we interacted with were so friendly and took pride in their work. The only potential downside could be the location. It’s definitely more on the outskirts of town and a 10 minute drive for most food options. It’s 20 minutes from the state park and any beach. About 15 minutes from the downtown. But the location was also very quiet because it was away from the hustle and bustle. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was surprisingly mediocre especially considering the quality of the place overall. The oatmeal was watery and barely warm, other foods were barely warm, the eggs were fake and tasteless, there was little fresh fruit and no pancakes, waffles or French toast (even though there was syrup?).

The place is fairly new so the room is clean and well laid out.

We loved everything about the property. Spacious room, amazing outdoor area, and just overall great for larger families. We enjoyed our conversations with Heather, the bartender. She was the one to check us in and we had a drink a couple of nights. Great company and service.

The staff were all so kind. Comfy beds, big rooms, and beautiful decor for a great price. My son considers himself a hotel breakfast connoisseur and gave this spot 5 stars. 😉😂 Good location too, tucked away but still close to everything.

Breakfast, while good, could have had a little better selections. This hotel could also use another elevator for its big size. Seemed like a long walk to the elevators from our room.

Room was very new, comfortable, well stocked, and well laid out. Bathroom was very clean and liked the toilet and shower area separate from the sink and mirror. Very nice commons area and meal area.

The property was not responding. I sent two email if I can bring my puppy because it’s said no pets allowed, but never heard back from them., so I had to find someone to watch my puppy for the couple of days. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign that pets a welcome and there were even treats for them
