United StatesIt took housekeeping 30 minutes to bring me a towel and washcloth. I called, texted, and I had to go down to the lobby and ask the receptionist for one. I even saw someone mopping the floor in the hallway and asked for a towel, but she answered a call on her cell phone and didn’t do it instead. Otherwise, my stay was lovely!

When we arrived to our room, it was obviously not ready as the beds were unmade, used towels in bathroom and trash in the trashcans. I was immediately upset because we had just had a bad experience with another hotel and I thought we were in for it again. The front desk apologized profusely and within 5 minutes moved us to another room that was an upgrade. Breakfast was good and the staff there very pleasant and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Told us to be down 10 min before the hour you need to leave we was 1/2 he early and 8 people waiting they only could take 4 so we had to call a taxi because we couldn’t wait another 1/2 hr on the shuttle… big joke very undependable !

United StatesDigital key did not work, there’s no heat, and it was chilly, so finally asked for another blanket, the toilet ran all night, and the shower gel did not work. The “courtesy” shuttle was pathetic. I understand, it is spring break, and this place is crazy, but over an hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive and the hotel didn’t seem to care. Said there’s nothing they could do about it.
Close to airport and cruise terminal, nice room overall, and close to Wendy’s fast food so you could actually walk to get dinner. The room had a full kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable.

United StatesNo hot water on the 5th floor. This is a Booking.com complaint: I tried to book a 2-bedroom room and ended up with a 1-bedroom handicap room for 4 adults. NOT what I needed. The descriptions are misleading when trying to find the 2-bedroom rooms vs the listings having 2 beds. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and never had a problem finding the correct room.
