How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Liked everything!
Suite was awesome! Super clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was super! And hot chocolate every night was the cherry on top. We loved the pool too!

It was so clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Loved the location, close to shopping and food. Plus only 20 minutes from Presque and Waldameer.

Animals there. Hallway was smelling from a dog who probably had diarrhea or messed on carpet. Also there was pee stains on carpet in hallway. We had to Also call maintenance when we arrived to fix toilet in room. It kept running. Plus toilet was loud when flushed

The room AC didn't work so they had a window AC unit in. It worked fine for the most part but the noise of it made it almost impossible to hear the TV at any given time.
The room was great. Nice and spacious. Having the kitchen there was a big help. Loved it.

The air conditioner was loud and sounded like a freight train , and the floor vibrated. The one tv remote didn't work that well, it was hard to change stations. Everything else was great.
Breakfast was good, the home fried potatoes could have been warmer. Everything else was good. The location was a good fit for us.

Poor bathroom design. You can’t shut the door if you’re sitting on the toilet already. The top of the toilet tank was also visibly cracked and glued back together. The sliding closet door wouldn’t stay shut no matter what I did. No one was at the front desk when we arrived to check in. We had to wait about 20 minutes just standing around with two kids and our luggage.
The location is great. Conveniently located near the mall, but tucked back far enough that it’s not too busy directly outside. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. Good value for what we paid. We’ll definitely stay here again!

No view, but it was just for one night for a quick weekend shopping getaway. Could have been a little cleaner and better maintained but it’s not a super new hotel and was no worse than most hotels in the same price range so I can’t complain too much.
Good location close to the best shopping if that’s what you’re after.

We had 6 people, but there was only a service of 4 dishes, glasses, cups and silverware. Thankfully I had brought paper plates and plastic silverware. There were no cooking utensils (spatulas or serving spoons) to stir or serve with.
Location, family and pet friendly and very accommodating to our needs, staff friendliness, breakfast variety, quality, quantity and service, easy check-in and out, pool and double ensuites with living room, full kitchen/ dining meet all of our family’s needs right down to shower dispensers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner!

Breakfast was less than desirable. A lot of the food was hard and not great. Pool area wasn’t well kept throughout the day, ants all over.
Property has everything you’d need and want. Perfect location. Suite size and amenities are awesome. Pool was nice for the kids. Will definitely stay again.

This is the third time we stayed here and the only thing is the beds are very uncomfortable to the point I asked for a bed topper before we checked in and alls they have are mattress covers. So it didn’t help much but we overlooked it.
