The extra night they charged me for being a no-show on a Booking.com reservation that I thought was cancelled was outrageous and grossly unfair. What's worse was the Manager's response to my complaint about it.

Not the hotels fault, but there was a lot of motorcycles at the hotel and coming and going late at night and early in the morning. Brutal to fall asleep and sleep in.

The room was very clean and spacious (separate bedroom and Livingroom).

The weather was extreme-Hot and Humid. The AC was on the struggle bus.

The location is excellent. It is off the main roads, set back from the congestion of the highways, but accessible to just about anywhere in Dayton. The room was exactly what a family of 4 (with adult children) that came to town for a wedding. We especially liked the convenience of the kitchenette and the vanity portion of the bathroom, which is located outside of the shower/toilet, for multiple people to get ready for an event.

All the facilities in the room, the size of the room, the cleaning. We were very good in there.

Only ice machines were in the refrigerator and pretty slow. We were there for a ball tournament, and they did not make enough ice to be able to fill coolers. Air conditioning units in rooms need upgrades, as they couldn’t keep up with the heat advisory and maintenance had to come in when the room was 79! Elevators are slow but we just used the stairs a lot.

Clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was very good, loved the food options. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion that are in the rooms are amazing! I actually went on Amazon and ordered the shampoo and conditioner for home! The laundry area was also super nice, when you scan the QR code to pay for the washer and dryer, it actually opens a status page where you can see how much longer your load has.

The pool was closed & wasn’t notified till 2 hours till arrival, the grill wasn’t cleaned after every use, wall paper in bathroom was peeling off

The location and the staff was very friendly, loved the grill usage and patio area, room size was great.

This was the first place I stayed that offered free breakfast, but it started at 7:00. Every place I have stayed at before breakfast started at 6:00. Unfortunately, my kids had an early morning competition to get to we had to leave before breakfast started. Luckily, the room had a small kitchen so the night before I went to Walmart and got breakfast sandwiches and we heated them up in the room before leaving.

Room was spacious and looked like a tiny apartment.

The room was a bit outdated but still nice the couch looked like it’s been worn down and a few dents and scuffs in the walls the carpet felt sticky but that could of been from all the salt from the winter storm that hit that weekend though

The hotel was beautiful it was clean I liked the way our rooms outline was we had the king’s suite one bedroom

Staff was very courteous and polite, loved the complimentary deodorant (that I forgot to pack) and bottles of water the attendants gave me upon request; great breakfast; excellent location. The room was spacious and comfortable. It smelled as if the last guest before me may have smoked, and contrary to their best to freshen the smell, I still smelled it. After a couple of plug ins, fabric refresher and air sanitizer I bought to freshen up the room more, it was as right as rain, and very "cozy" and inviting to come "home" to every day! ! I had a week stay and was getting comfortable away from home for the first time while traveling! I'll definitely come again!

I know this hotel is well established but furniture could use updating and the bath/shower need an extra, higher safety bar in the shower. The toilets are low profile so could also use a bar on the wall to help the elderly stand up.

Shower curtains are way too small, coffeemakers in rooms should be upgraded to keurig so you can use your own coffee, leave more than 1 dishwasher soap pod, no wine glasses in room.

Having 2 rooms, location near everything I wanted clean, friendly, accommodating staff, 24 hour FRESH coffee.

Rooms were quite noisy. Soundproofing lacking and being close to a busy street made it worse. Facilities showing some age. Area not very conducive for evening stroll. Dicey neighborhood.

Amenities were what I expected.
