Gym, some of the machines didn’t work, but I was happy a treadmill was working so I could get my steps in.

Breakfast was excellent, everything kept clean, good variety of food, always restocked, coffee was excellent.

The staff kind of sucks. They weren't particulary rude, but they were not pleasant. I called down and asked for an extra set of bedding--you would think I asked for a kidney or something. Lady tells me she'll bring some up, hangs up on me, and then never brings my extra bedding. On two occassions, I went to the front desk and just wasn't greeted--lady with tattoos on her upper chest/shoulder area just sort of looked at me like "ok, what do you want?" Again, not overly rude but just kind of unpleasant. This same lady was also not very good at communicating--I asked her about an early check in when I first arrived to town and she was borderline incomprehensible. This would be an excellent place if the staff was better.

I love the room and value--it was a huge suite that looked like a two bedroom apartment. It was perfect for my massive family.

Front desk staff hard to locate, no one took trash out of the rooms or brought towels. We had to ask for more coffee, trash bags and towels. We took our own trash out . Not a big deal , but we expected at least minimal service . People were leaving dirty towels and trash out in the hallway floors because staff did not attend to those tasks. We only took 1 photo of the laundry issue but this was a daily issue on multiple floors and days .

Great price, location next to ihop , great kitchenette , well equipped , king size bed, feather pillows, fabulous breakfast daily .

The bathrooms are damaged and need a good painting and the bottom of the cabinets need redone. They’re chipped and swollen from water overflow.

I usually choose this hotel because it’s a nice place and has always met my expectations in the past. However, this visit was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in our room did not work, and during such a hot time of year, that made our stay incredibly uncomfortable. My family had to purchase two fans just to get through the nights, as the room was unbearably hot. To make matters worse, the manager on duty seemed unconcerned and made no effort to address the issue. This experience was very frustrating and not what I expected from a hotel I’ve trusted in the past.

The atmosphere of the hotel is truly marvelous—clean, welcoming, and well-kept. One of the highlights of our stay was the housekeeping staff; they were extremely nice, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness really stood out and made a difference in our experience. I always appreciate how clean and comfortable this hotel is.

I visit this area often to see family and I never knew about this gem! There was so much room in the king studio suite! And it was so convenient to everything! I am pretty sure this will be the only place we stay from now on.

The hotel is not far from various attractions, restaurants and other facilities. The staffs onsite were very friendly and supportive. I also like the fact that we were compensated for the swimming pool that was out of service during our stay. We love the breakfast especially our children enjoyed the foods. Also, we felt home and safe at the facility.

My microwave didn't work, ac very loud, noisy floor above me! Sat in the lobby for 2 hours and listened to many groups of people with no towels and none to give. I felt so bad for your staff who had to deal with that nonstop. Hilton hotels are higher end and there should NEVER be a towel shortage!! No bananas for breakfast :0(

The bedding was not good. I am allergic to feathers and 3 of the 4 pillows were feather pillows. Luckily, my mom was staying in the hotel too and I traded her a feather pillow for a non-feather pillow. (then traded back at the end of our stay) The couch was somehow broken and it lilted to the center if you sat on it. There were stains on the carpet, mold in the shower.

The lobby was nice. The breakfast room was nice. The breakfast was okay. The kitchenette was fine. The refrigerator seemed clean.

When we arrived, we discovered our room was moved to the first floor even though we had chosen a higher level floor. There was a burst pipe in the upper floors. It needs some updating, but overall the rooms were a good size and maintained.

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned in Allen. It was near restaurants, the highway and shopping.

We got the King suite. We wish the bathroom had 2 entrances so the kids didn't have to keep coming back through our room. Wish they had under cooked the eggs a bit, they were overcooked pieces of rubber.

We loved the separate rooms and extra space. The room seemed clean and newer. Also the full kitchen in the room suite was very much appreciated, since for families this makes things more comfortable. The full hot breakfast was also great! Orange juice was fresh, and biscuit gravy was thick.
