How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast was amazing. Fresh baked muffins, breakfast burrito bar, breakfast pizzas, overnight oats plus all the usual fare… we were super impressed.

It’s not that we didn’t like it but the chlorine was very strong in the pool area. We still very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub though.
We wee were blown away by the excellent customer service, the staff really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing but wonderful.

Just very hard to approach if you are coming north on Dorset street And tons of traffic at Dorset St Williston Rd intersection -- but close to tons of shopping, airport, restaurants...
Quick and kind airport shuttle wen our plane arrived late (after 1am)! Welcoming check-in Great breakfast and open space for meeting folks

Only issue was a lightbulb out in one of the bedside lamps. It was not a real problem and we merely reported it to the front desk upon our departure.
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, as we had other plans. We had booked a suite and found it to be just what we were looking for. Very clean and comfortable.

The front desk person at check in was not communicative and personable. She kind of made up for it at the check out.
I liked the decor of the room, the kitchenette and the pool. Also, breakfast was good - more fruit would be appreciated.

Parking is horrible, especially in the winter. As a solo female traveler, I don’t like coming back from dinner and having to park so far away in a back parking lot and walk to the door. It’s not safe these days.
Friendly staff. Renovated rooms, which were much needed.

Staff were consistently friendly and responsive. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of foods for every taste. Great location!

A nice hotel, much better than the ones in its immediate surraoundings (from previous experience). On leaving, we forgot a mobile phone in the room, that was retreived and returned to the front desk for us to collect the day after - thanks a lot!

It’s a bit of a soulless corporate experience.
Large room, comfy beds, great shower with plenty hot water. Kitchen facilities, fridge, etc very good. Easy parking, good access, nice gym. Varied breakfast choices.

Couch was old and outdated and very uncomfortable. Toilet was very low to the floor. Rough on the knees to say the least. Needs to be upgraded.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a 4th floor room due to the extended stay guests, which I completely understand so I ended up on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, whoever was on top of me walked around like he had cinder blocks on his feet. Then the person across the hall who left at 4am had zero regard for other guests and let his door slam. None of this is the hotels fault. It's just irritating when you pay that much for a nice clean room and get zero sleep. People are so rude and inconsiderate.
Always clean, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming during check in and check out. It is my go to place in Burlington.

Hard to complain about plush carpet, but carpet in halls made moving wheeled luggage and luggage cart unnecessarily difficult.
Clean, comfy and quiet. Exceptional service by airport shuttle drivers. Traveling w older relative w mobility challenges. Drivers were patient and took extra steps to park shuttle in helpful location.

Needs just a little cosmetic updating, but nothing that directly affected our stay. The hot tub wasn’t working at first, but maintenance reset the emergency switch asap and all was fine. The first room they had us in had a really unpleasant smell. They switched us to another room asap, no questions asked and apologized profusely. Otherwise, great place!!
Friendly staff, inviting, clean. Room was clean. There’s normal wear and tear noticed, but otherwise it’s a nice property. Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was readily available. Best continental breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. Fresh, homemade food, local food, great selection, really good!
