Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We loved everything! The location is great with plenty of parking. The staff was incredibly welcoming & accomodating. The outdoor area, covered area, fire pit, pool, gym, billiards room and breakfast were all nice amenities. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. This was the best 3-night stay of our road trip!

United StatesBreakfast was great. Service was top notch. Everything was easy to find in the room. The pool was amazing my kids had a blast swimming all night long. Also for how late the pool stays open and how long breakfast goes that was great for a young family. My two toddlers are hard to get up and get going in the morning and I can tell you we did not feel rushed. It made everything less crowded too. Great hotel!
