Parking was expensive with the valet. They did say free in and out but the line was always very long to get you car.

It is not a bad walk to either Enterprise Center or Bush Stadium. Just be aware that the downtown area does have a lot of people living on the streets.

The area was not as nice around it and lots of agitated homeless people - the hotel done a great job in security and managing any trouble but the area is not somewhere we would come back to.

Hotel and Staff were amazing, clean spacious great for amenities transport links were great for what we needed. The receptionist that works every evening (sorry jet lag - so I can’t remember her name) was incredibly warm and caring and took an active interest in our trip and the well being of my son which meant the world to myself and my wife. I also want to praise the hotels flexibility my wife wanted to add my son after the booking was confirmed and there was no question or trouble to amend for us and we are so grateful for all you did for us before and during our stay. A really warm homely place to stay. A great American vibe.

I found the bed to be a little too hard and the pillows were somehow like lumpy air… continental breakfast options certainly were available but were slightly under expectations.

The room was very spacious, including the bathroom. For a room that size I’d usually expect to pay well over $250/night so value was excellent. The gym facilities were clean and modern. Staff was friendly and polite. Location is about 1 mile from the arch, which was a perfect walking distance for me.

Parking sucked and they weren't forthcoming with the parking information. Lots of homeless in the area.

The location is hard to get to. There isn’t parking unless you want to pay $55/night for valet or park on the street amongst the many patrons enjoying the night. There were not many options for breakfast at all. Only cereal, bagels, and yogurt. It seemed short staffed as the front desk was having a hard time getting items for guests.

It was nice as Home2Suites normally are.

The hotel was very comfortable and nice! We were in town for a hockey game and the hotel is close to the arena and lots of things downtown. Though due to technical issues, the key cards were not working the staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking is $45, it is not included and we only found that out upon asking. Our reservation was originally lost so the hotel had to make us a reservation. Then they ended up finding it and tried to say it was for the wrong dates and was going to charge us extra, it was not. No one argued or anything, but I had to point out where it exactly said the dates on the original reservation..I think communication with booking was more of the issue than the hotel from how I was understanding it.

Everything was super clean, breakfast was amazing, and everything was within walking distance. The staff was friendly and understanding.

The set up of the room I was in was awful. We couldnt see the tv from the bed and the couch was miserable to sit on. We had set aside some downtime to just hang out in our room and we weren't able to enjoy it.

There was limited available street parking nearby. The offered parking was a bit too expensive. The security seemed a bit lacking by for the area the hotel was located in.

Cleanliness and hospitality. They didn’t do the room service everyday. On day 2 when asked about they told me they do that every other day. When asked to clean on day 3 they did clean but they did not change the linens, sheets etc. this is completely unacceptable.

Parking a nightmare! Valet- not enough help, help they did have very nice and efficient, poor guy could only do so much. Needed help. Not easy to access to drop car off due to to much excess of cars bc he needed help! Just not efficient system.

Parking was a hassle. However, he found a parking garage down the street.

Location was great. We came in town for a Cardinals game and the walk was roughly 15 minutes.

The desk was strange and not very useful. The television was in a weird position relative to the bed and couch.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the menu changed daily. There is a burlesque theater just down the street.

Paid for valet parking and when we went to check out and leave… valet retrieval of the car took FOREVER and we were late to a meal with family.

Walk to Busch Stadium was easy with kids and strollers. Connecting rooms were perfect. Bed and sleeper sofa along with kitchen amenities were perfect.
