I have a Tesla and one of the bonuses of at staying at this property is that I can charge my car overnight. There recently has been non-electric cars parked in the charging areas. There needs to be a sign that is clearly marked-for EV only, must be charging. I had planned on charging my car overnight and I was inconvienced by having to drive to a charging station that I had to pay for. There has been a non-electric car parked in the EV spots, at my last 2 visits. I come to Nashville q2 weeks to visit my sick mother. This issue needs to be addressed, thank you.

United StatesI was confused with being charged to park my car there. I thought what I paid for the room would cover all other expenses. So my question would be if my vehicle was vandelized the hotel would be responsible? Also check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. We arrived after the designated time and our room wasn't ready. Luckily we were hungry so we went out to eat.

United StatesThe cleanliness of the room (perhaps this is more of a maintenance concern) had room for improvement. There were noticeable areas with rust, especially around the shower door and sink. There was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom when we first walked in, so we had to keep the door shut at all times. There were also burn marks in the carpet. The thermostat was also not connected to the a/c-furnace.
Front desk staff at check-in was very polite. He explained breakfast time, check out time, recommended best parking location, and showed us where the elevator was. First time I've ever been given water bottles and chocolate at check-in, so that was definitely a plus!

United StatesThe staff upon arriving! My room had been booked, and he tried telling me he couldn’t find it, finally found it and told us that the room was not ready yet! But 3 ppl come in after us he made us wait til the side said he was waiting on the system to come back up but was still getting those people out the way so I was totally confused! & after traveling hours away I expected to check in and relax without any issues and to be treated as the other 3 that came AFTER me!
Loved the free breakfast, neighborhood!

United StatesWe could hear the kids above us yelling and running back and forth until after midnight. People smoked right at the back exit. Should be a smoking area away from the doors. We went through a cloud of smoke several times as we were packing in our belongings for the night.

United StatesLocation is good if you don't want to deal with the downtown traffic of Nashville. Close to the highway so you can hop on and get where ever you need to go. Breakfast was included but we didn't go. The main lobby is modern and colorful. They had activities for kids and a pool table. We only stayed for one night but we would return!

United StatesFor what I paid the room didn't seem to be the cleanest. This is my 3rd time staying and it has never been this bad. We were uncomfortable to shower bc the shower really nasty like dirty. There was hair all over the beds. We didn't feel comfortable but it was late and had to leave early for a graduation. So my kids were grumpy bc we couldn't shower or sleep comfortably.
