The pillows were too thin, there was no stove top in the room, quite far from the city of Redding as well as from other attractions, the breakfast was not properly served since there were constantly not enough supply like utensils or plates, so we had to wait for eggs and coffee to be served in the morning.

The room was clean, stuff was nice, big spacious room with nice king sized bed, and very quite.

Breakfast was limited as there was only one person working on Memorial Day weekend. The hotel was sold out, the food disappeared in matters of seconds. Long wait.

breakfast options are decent but the organization and layout is disastrous, utensils are dirty and in a drawer where everyone touches, really not sanitary at all. coffee and other items run out and staff struggles to keep up

The "modern" conveniences were actually pretty sad. The countertops didn't line up with the cabinets. Things didn't close all the way. There was a huge ledge sticking out UNDER the countertop in the sink due to poor quality workmanship.

We stayed in a King Bed room that was very well appointed and comfortable. Microwave, dishwasher along with cookware and real dishes. Nice sized refrigerator/freezer. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Definitely would stay again.

Our only issue were the pillows. After a couple of nights we bought pillows at Costco since we were on a road trip and could bring them home easily.

We stayed for a week so having a workspace and the ability to not eat in a restaurant for every meal were important to us and the room met these requirements. The storage was very good and the lighting was far above average for most hotels. The staff were really great, friendly and extremely helpful. There are great mountain views from the property. We will stay here again.

The breakfast could be better. There is a decent selection of food options, but I found the egg dishes somewhat lacking. I think there could be more in terms of healthy food options as well.

Excellent location off the freeway, and a clean and comfortable room. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. It's very quiet and a nice place to spend an evening just relaxing after a long day of traveling because the rooms are self-contained little suites that have a kitchen and a refrigerator as well as comfortable furniture.

Convenient to everything. Nice large lobby. We were able to sit and play a game with my mother in law without feeling like we were taking up too much space.

Even though it offered plenty of options, I wish the breakfast was yummier at the expense of limiting the selection. One of us had run into a medical issue that required us to call off our trip but despite us promising to visit the next month and showing our medical bills, the receptionist did not honor us free cancellation, which they are not entitled to do so, but would be a nice favor earning our repeat patronage.

The rooms were pretty spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety. The establishment felt safe.
