Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe bathroom was not completely clean. The sink still had hair on the counter and sink. Ice machine was right outside our room and several people used it late it night and woke us up. Several very loud kids in the hallway later at night.
Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, enjoyed the amenities in the room.

United StatesIn the lobby area, it appeared the employee had several local friends that were hanging out playing games and being social. They were very loud and obnoxious. I was there checking in on Friday night around 10:00 pm and even on Saturday night, the same crowd was there with the employee. Again, very loud, occupying the lobby space making it unavailable for hotel visitors to use. It was a party atmosphere both nights and the employee was in full participation as he left the area to check me in.

We r repeat customers we stay every yr when we go on vacation and it seems to get better an better every time which it’s never been bad it’s like Hilton takes it to another level every year, the staff is amazing very friendly and very informative about any questions that I may have an I’m greeted at the door every time, with that being said being a customer that is the most important for me knowing that I’m welcomed an not just Haha we took your money, so keep up that great work.

United StatesThe first room we were given had a strong urine like smell. May have been from the bed or bedding like a toddler peed in the bed. It was strong. We requested to be moved and the staff was able to accommodate us by giving us another room. The room was on the third floor. Hopefully they took care of that strong smell before the next guest assigned to that room.
