How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast wasn’t stocked both days when we were there most of the hot food was Gone.
Clean!!! Beds were pretty comfortable. I felt save there with my daughters. Lots of places to eat and shop around the area and close enough to the sports complex. Staff was very friendly. The room was very cool at night & I loved the kitchen area in the room.

The rooms and common areas are a great size, very clean, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything we could want from enough towels to herbal tea and hot chocolate! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The staff including Ms. Mae were friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough good things about this Home2Suites in Hammond for our family of 3 adults and a teen.

Our room was very clean and roomy. Nice size fridge. There were dishes for use if needed. Plenty of paper products for our use in the room. Breakfast was good. Many choices. Pool area is more private than most with plenty of lounge chairs available. But what really made this trip excellent was the friendly, helpful staff.

There is nothing bad I can say about the property.
I stayed here for my wedding that was last month. I must say everyone was so nice and made you feel like you were at home. The rooms were clean and you can smell the freshness soon as you open the doors. The location was great! You have nearby restaurants and shopping centers. I recommend anyone to stay here at this hotel.

Wifi was a little spotty at times. Not a dealbreaker at all.
I was impressed the moment I walked in. The decor. The layout. The place was spotless. Then I was checked in by Miguel. Fun. Professional. Immediately knew I made a good choice with this hotel. Besides Miguel every staff person was outstanding. Our room was perfect. Large room. All the amenities we needed. The kitchen area was perfect. Breakfast on Saturday morning was just what we needed to start our day. Lots of fruit and healthy options. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone and would not hesitate to book it again.

Nothing to dislike from what I saw.
The hotel was very clean and had a clean smell. We brought our fur baby and she had a great stay. They have poop/pee areas for your animal with poop stations to keep the area clean. There are PLENTY of restaurants in the area and various stores most within walking distance of you choose to. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great. The rooms were huge and very clean. The facility was very well kept. Very easy to get to and so close to everything.

I booked this particular hotel because the description on Booking was that this was a 2 bedroom suite/room with queen bed in each room and that was not true. When I checked in they said they didn’t have bedrooms in any of there properties and that Booking misleads people with that and they have reached out to yall numerous times.

The staff seemed not quite on point. Housekeeping only dropped off towels when asked. Stopped twice when in the room. I said no once but the other time said I would be leaving in one hour. Never came back. The noise from other rooms and other door slamming is was so loud. No room insulated.
Bed was comfortable. Liked the shade with no dusty drapes.

We had a very loud family next to us and I realized the walls are very thin so we heard everything. At 10:00 I called the front desk and they took care of it
The breakfast was good (the egg omelets had) but was there was only one bagel and that was old and stale. No fresh fruit and no other pastry options. The hot items were ok but it was awkward getting to them.

When I first got there, no one was at the front desk! Took about 10 minutes for the clerk to come back to the front! He explained and apologized!

The noise from train through out the night. Also the noise from other tenants filling there ice chest first thing in morning.
Real nice and friendly staff! Real clean appearance through out the property!
