The hours for breakfast only go until 9 and they closed promptly - we needed a little bit more time.

Love having basic dishes, sink and freezer for a much needed break from takeout on our road trip. The room was laid out perfectly for our family of 5, including a curtain partition between sofa bed and other beds. I liked that the products they offer for soaps, etc were more natural. The breakfast was a little random but overall everyone found something they liked and the kids loved the waffle bar and toppings. Overall it was a great stay.

The first room we were given was dirty, the bathroom sink was broken, and the phone did not work.

It was in a nice spot and the room was large and comfortable. The staff was helpful.

Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Little chilly because my man steals the blankets. Shower with excellent water pressure and room for 2. Best hotel coffee ever. Great breakfast with plenty of options.

The shower door wouldn't stay closed, ( water all over) we figured it out and a blind would not go down. We figured it out. No dressers for clothes, that was different. No microwave in room, but it was one downstairs. Not Convenient.

The room size was great. Having a corner king size room was amazing, great view. Several different seating areas was very nice, with tables. I would go back again. Sorry we didn't eat there, went to the casino instead. (Three Sister's for breakfast, a buffet $17) although it was offered at the hotel. And next door A&W eatery for lunch. A brunch was also offered on saturday at the hotel, which we did not go to. 😔 We loved the stay 😊👌👍 Mike the manager was very very helpful, our parking fee for the 3 days was taken off the bill. The front desk supervisor Adriana gave me extra points on my account for being a choice hotel member for the Inconveniences we encountered.

Breakfast items did not taste good & were not warm enough. I did not try the waffle mix, but suspect that might have been the best item offered. Coffee tasted good, but not hot enough. We did a grab & go breakfast taking an egg omelette, sausage & egg on English muffin, pre-packaged banana nut muffin & coffee. We did not finish the food choices due to poor taste & not warm enough. On the positive side, the breakfast nook & dining area looked very nice. Although we did not eat our breakfast there, we thought it had good quality materials & appliances, & furniture looked comfortable & clean.

All room features were in great shape - bed, TV, kitchenette, bathroom. Water pressure in shower was strong & bath towels were large & thick. Very quiet on the floor - no noises coming through the door to disturb. Pool & workout area were in good shape & clean.

When we arrived the front desk did not have our booking. Had to leave and come back. They told us to call booking.com and check our reservation, even though I had confirmation. The room was large, had a sitting room in it, but only 3 pillows on the bed. which is strange for any hotel I have been in. When we were checking out, the girl at the front desk saw me standing there but continued to fold laundry in the room behind the desk, ignored me for a good 5 minutes until she was done and then said can I help you. Was not impressed with the customer service. Especially for the amount we paid for the room at this hotel.

The room was exceptionally big, too big actually. Had a full size dishwasher, not sure why. The location was nice, close to everything.

Normally have very little to no issues. This time i believe both beds (double queen room) had broken springs due to the sloping and being able to feel near the foot of the bed. Was not an issue however and did not affect the overall purpose of mattress.

I have always enjoyed the staff (i see the same ones every time i visit. Whether they remember me or not it is nice to know their personalities…especially when it’s late and it helps their night move along better). Breakfast is always on point and always plenty for everyone. Been here during peak travel season and dead of winter so lots of people and very low amount of people. No one is left hungry. Everybody is courteous and very polite.

we needed another pillow and we were told they didn’t have any? it was a room for 4 and we had 4 people and only 3 pillows…the girl at the front desk said she could take one out of a room that was vacant and I had to go to Walmart and buy a pillow?? really strange and annoying. the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and wouldn’t stay shut. The breakfasts were not as good as other Home2 Suites I’ve stayed in.

Room was too far to walk due to my injuries 😕

No Tissue paper was in the room No paper towels in the kitchen area..Also no hot tub I was so disappointed 😫 but the front desk helpers was amazing.. during my they went above and beyond to see if I need anything thanks so much 🙏🏽 ..Also as far as the breakfast was ok no meat I can eat just sandwiches not a good idea for people who want just wanted a different type . Last but not least as far as the computer goes it was helpful but the fax or printer didn't work so I couldn't get my office work done
