Location was okay. The walk down the sidewalk to the beach wasn't bad, but the public beach situation was less than ideal. Apparently, during the day, the condo associations rope off their section of the beach so that only the shoreline and the small roped off public beach areas are accessible without staying in a condo or paying extra at the nearby restaurant to use their chairs and beach (we did that one day and it was a good experience - would have been better if they'd had beach service to go along with the $70 we paid for the beach chair rental).

The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were friendly enough. The beds were comfortable and the room clean.

Only complaint would be the comfort of the bed. It did a number on my husband and my side, that had me tossing and turning throughout the night. Pillows could be more comfortable also.

The hotel was excellent and so close to the beach. Also close to lots of good restaurants. This facility is also pet friendly and they have poop stations around the hotel. Balls and treats for purchase, now that you s a great addition! The breakfast was nice. Parking was great and loved we could use our room key to come through side doors 24/7 access. It was so nice to have a microwave and full size fridge in the room. And so much space, just a really nice touch!

I didnt like that our room wasn't cleaned earlier, the cleaning crew arrived at our room around 5 pm and they asked if we wanted our room cleaned, but we were showering and the rest having dinner. So maybe they just need to organize themselves more, otherwise it was great.

I loved the room with a kitchen, it came handy. Over all staff were good, breakfast was awesome. Gym is pretty small, but it has all the basics. Really liked it. Comfortable stay.

The breakfast area was usually congested at anytime. The breakfast eggs left something to be desired and they were usually out of items that needed to be restocked. We did have 1 issue with a rude staff member which I reported and it was taken care of I was told.

The location to the beach was awesome! The breakfast was good. The room size was wonderful. The staff with the one exception was phenomenal.

I had a to pay for laundry and tote my clothes down stairs. I will probably book somewhere that I have a machine in my room with 3 kids. The public beach access was crazy packed. We walked in front of silver shells resort to Henderson Park to sit on the beach. This was a longer walk, but well worth it.

The room was clean and they offered breakfast. That helped save $ for my family of five! Walk to the beach was short and you didn't have to cross a major road. This was very close to a lot of restaurants and Walmart.

The price.

Breakfast was great all 4mornings. Room was comfortable and the beds were great! Best time at the beach with the national park a block away. As far as value, a bit pricey. Almost 1600.00 dollars for 4 nights is a lot for a value hotel.

We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came. We even requested clean towels and housekeeping received the towels but still no housekeeping. Room stayed filled with trash and dirty towels until we checked out.

Housekeeping. Stayed for 5 days. Had to ask at desk Gor towels after 3 days. Had to ask desk for toilet paper. That should at least knock and ask if we need something. No housekeeping check in until I complained on day 4.
