"Breakfast Included" was mis-leasing. You received $7.50 credit per person for a restaurant serving $20 breakfast!

Front desk service. I used to be in charge of guest services, and these workers clearly need some help.

Breakfast was excellent, and service was good as well. Front desk staff were the reason for not getting a perfect rating. When we arrived nobody was at the desk and took a long time to show up. Valet didn't greet us or say anything like "someone will be with you soon". Finally two young men showed up and apologized, and were friendly. When we checked out, the woman at desk was doing something on computer, didn't acknowledge us, and when she did, she was not friendly - I different. Thus a less than perfect rating.

We were in the 5th floor and the road noise was shocking! I have stayed at airport hotels that were more quiet. Definitely needs to create sound barrier with better glass or insulation.

Location, staff and adjacent restaurant was a plus.

Charging for parking is a little over the top for salem oregon. Was not offered a choice nor was I informed that there was a charge.

The platform beds are plywood boxes painted black and do not have a setback at the floor. I stubbed my toe on a corner. It’s a significant detail, someone could suffer a broken toe. (Four days later my toe still feels abnormal.)

There is some road noise due to the location of the hotel. This starts from around 5:00 AM. If you are a light sleeper you may want to ask for a quiet room.

The hotel is in a good downtown location close to a number of restaurants and cafes. The hotel seems quite new and looked clean and contemporary. I found some great outdoor running options in the local country park a few minutes run from the hotel. The cafe in reception was good and a nice bar. The team were friendly and helpful.

Beds were very hard, pillows flat, low flow shower heads, as usual are the worst. Cannot get the soap out of your hair. Takes forever to wash the soap off you. Not sure they really save any water because you stay in the shower so long cleaning the soap off you.

Being on the corner of a busy street, you could hear all the cars going by in the room we occupied all day and night. Not sure if rooms higher up have less street noise, but being on the 3rd floor you could hear all the outside noise, it was hard to sleep. Also, it seemed the walls were rather thin because one morning I heard an alarm going off for at least 5 minutes.

The location was GREAT, right in the heart of downtown Salem. I really enjoyed the fact that we could walk around the downtown area very easily. The hotel was also very modern looking and I enjoyed the large seating rooms where you can read a book or enjoy coffee in the morning.

Internet poor. Hoping to watch some of the NCAA tournament, the TV streaming was unwatchable... No remedy once telling them about it. Parking overpriced.

Everything was great, with just a few caveats. Why not have throw pillows on the couch and chairs? Do people steal them? It looks chintzy and unfinished. There was a kitchenette in our suite. Why were the dishes and utensils so limited? These things are not expensive. One day, we asked the front desk for some paper towels. The young woman seemed baffled by the question. Why have a kitchenette and fail to understand such a request? Thank you.

Empty shampoo bottle in shower, poor sound proofing- loud traffic noises audible. Avocado on California toast seemed like it came from a packet, pretty sad breakfast. Ended up being an expensive stay.

Had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Left at 11 and got back at 4 and the room hadn't been touched. Explained that stay overs get cleaned in the morning. Never have run into this before. Only had valet parking and when we arrived it was backed up due to a group checking in and no where to even pull your car over.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and all of downtown Salem. Coffee bar and restaurant on site. We only used the coffee bar.
