We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesFront desk service. I used to be in charge of guest services, and these workers clearly need some help.
Breakfast was excellent, and service was good as well. Front desk staff were the reason for not getting a perfect rating. When we arrived nobody was at the desk and took a long time to show up. Valet didn't greet us or say anything like "someone will be with you soon". Finally two young men showed up and apologized, and were friendly. When we checked out, the woman at desk was doing something on computer, didn't acknowledge us, and when she did, she was not friendly - I different. Thus a less than perfect rating.

United StatesThe hours of the bar and restaurant were limited. It would have been nice if it were open for lunch or full breakfast hours. While they have a coffee spot in the hotel, it is just not the same as a sit-down breakfast if that is what you crave. Not a deal breaker because everything else exceeded my expectations and there are plenty of amazing restaurants in walking distance.
The room was spacious, nice, and clean. The bar and food associated with it were amazing. Staff were friendly and exceptional. Check in was simple and they were able to accommodate an early check in.

United StatesThe platform beds are plywood boxes painted black and do not have a setback at the floor. I stubbed my toe on a corner. It’s a significant detail, someone could suffer a broken toe. (Four days later my toe still feels abnormal.)

This hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly, and accommodating the room was cold and clean. The bathroom had a rain shower head and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. We had breakfast at the coffee shop in the lobby which was good. My coffee could have been stronger but the atmosphere and staff made up for that. Everyone here was very accommodating. Unfortunately, we were only in town for one night so we didn't get a chance to explore the neighborhood but the hotel was within walking distance to lots of things. We will be back.
