The light switch is on the outside of the bathroom. Having kids they are able to turn it off when you're in there.

The room was very clean and a great size. There's 2 bathrooms in the one bedroom suite, which is a plus. The pool is very well kept and very clean every day that we used it. There isn't daily room service, but housekeeping will give you anything you need. Good location.

The gentleman who checked us in we felt like more of inconvenience and he was not very friendly. We travel a lot most staff ask where we are from, suggest places to go and make us feel welcome.

There is no elevator to get up to the 2nd floor. There is a Stannah stair lift for anyone who has mobility issues.

The room was very comfy, and it was nice to have the little kitchenette area. I wished it had a keurig or keurig like coffeemaker, it is just easier to clean up after. No coffee, but we were able to buy our own. But, the refrigerator, toaster and microwave came in handy. The tv worked well, and the room was cute, with pretty pictures on the walls, and a nice table and chairs to eat at. One thing that sort of grossed me out, was the floors, which felt tacky. Kind of sticky dirty. But, there was no housekeeping the week we were there, due to some kind of suspension. The bathroom was nice, and clean. The soap and shampoo where built into the shower in containers. That meant no cute little soaps or shampoos to take home! Oh, well. My husband wanted to go in the pool, but you needed someone with you to use the pool. We weren't sure if that included adults, but figured it did. I didn't feel like swimming, when he did, and vice versa, so we didn't use it. There was a nice fitness room that had a treadmill and stationary bike which my husband used daily. This resort is close to El Marachi, a nice mexican restaurant, very closeby. We enjoyed that, and found other fun places to see, because of the good location. The Seal Cruise was very fun, and we saw many! We suggest this as a fun trip. The captain and his mate were funny and friendly. All in all, a great trip. The Holly Tree was a good place to go to, and we recommend it. Nancy and Gordon

When we walked into the room I noticed how clean the place was and smelled fresh. The kitchenette was stocked with cups, plates and utensils. The mini fridge kept our food nice and cold. There are 2 bathrooms in the one bedroom suite. The bed was clean and comfortable. There's an indoor and outdoor pool. Both cleaned everyday. The indoor pool has a small kid area and a hot tub and is heated. The outdoor pool is large, clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We loved it so much we added an extra night. We will definitely be back.

AC was rattling on and off all night, a lot of spiders with webs on balcony so we didn't use it, room was close to road so some cars were noisy.

Both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub inside. Nice picnic area with basketball hoop. Nice front desk and best deal we found around this area.
