Management tied up almost 25% of the prime parking spots closest to the hotel. I would think customers come first? Check in staff had an attitude. Everyone else was fine. Older AC was noisy. Tub was not draining.....but was fixed at first mention. Mattresses were cheap.

Cleaning staff did a great job in keeping us supplied with fresh towels. Hint, tip in the beginning, not the end. Check in staff had an attitude like they didn't want to be there, check out staff nice and friendly. Ocean view room. Kitchen.

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower didn't work properly and the tub was clogged and the water wouldn't drain. I don't like taking a bath and having stagnant water around my feet.

It was a pleasant stay, I can't think of anything that I didn't like

The air conditioner malfunctioned in the middle of the night. When I woke up I called the front desk, they said as soon as a maintenance person came in they would get someone up. A half hour later a maintenance man came took out the old air conditioner and put in a new one. They were very prompt and very professional

Parking. could not figure out how to use jetted tub until 3rd night found out by accident. Didn’t like always smelling cigarette smoke everytime we went out on the balcony. Microwave kept tripping. AC sucked. Second bedroom stayed warm, and room with AC fluctuated.

Good location. Room was clean. Pool was cleaned daily. Needed maintenance a couple times and they came promptly. Didn’t have to wait long at all for elevator everytime.

Mexicans took over everything, in and out of rooms , doors slamming til 2 am, kids in and out of rooms playing in halls and on elevator. The room across us had at least 15 people in it. Parking area was taken over by visitors every time we left it was nearly impossible to park. The pool was taken over with families of 15-20 with visitors and no arm bands . Kids running and jumping in the pool , screaming. It was miserable to say the least. That many visitors is ridiculous

So much was broken or dirty. The suite has two different sleeping spaces, and there was no AC IN THE BACK ROOM. You had to turn some loud insane wall vent on to try and get ac from the other room on. Front desk staff was just rude except the little white guy. They don't clean your room unless u give 24-hour notice. The towels for the room sucked. Barely dried my toddler properly. Toaster was broken. the toilet had no flushing power and kept overflowing after just peeing. The microwave door was broken, and the inside of it was gross. Missing light bulbs in the lamps, no shower curtain, we had to go ask for one Coffee pot in the room was disgusting. The pots they provide, disgusting. Broken power outlet in the bathroom. The stove was gross. I get cheap, but this place could use some help. I will never stay cheap at the beach again.

I like the warm pools and being oceanfront for a cheap price.
