There was a lot under construction and pool and fitness center were inaccessible. No microwave or mini fridge in room.

The location was excellent and the staff were super friendly. It was clean and affordable.

There was no working A/C in our room, and we weren't informed until check-in. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided a box fan, which was appreciated but ultimately not as sufficient. The bathroom was also not appropriately clean.

The main reason I selected this hotel was its history. I grew up in the Syracuse area but moved away nearly 45 years ago. In its prime this was a kind of place that I wished I could have stayed at but never did.

The mattress definitely needs to be changed! I stayed there for 3 nights and I woke up every morning with back pain, because my body sinks into the mattress, is limp and I'm slim, I'm 67 kg, imagine who weighs more kilo, the first day the Wi-Fi didn't work, but the other 2 days it worked fine.

friendly staff, convenient location, in front of the property there is a market for food, drinks, etc...10min to the mall, clean rooms. There is a restaurant/bar on the property and they have a great omelette for breakfast, delicious! For dinner I ordered pasta with broccoli, very good!

Being told by reservation that I would be able to celebrate my birthday with family in one of many spaces available, and they failed to notify me that it wasn't really possible...due to previously scheduled events. Michelle really tried to accommodate us for that problem.

I appreciated the courtesy, and compassion from the desk clerk Michelle . She was more than patient with me and my disability...and I will never forget her.

Restaurant has certain hours of operation but they don't adhere to them..sent wife down for breakfast at 945am. Ends at 10am..she was there before time and they told her they was closed..it says 10am not 945 am..also pool has certain hours as well..open at 4p.for what?? Idk.swim at your own risk just like every other hotel..probably will not stay there again do to the inconsistencies

I did not check in when we got to the hotel. They said that they do not have a pool and they do not have continental breakfast so your advertisement was wrong. They agreed to give us our money back and you guys have yet to refund us.

Beds were perfect. Place was spotless. We needed extra towels. They brought them to our room. Popcorn for the kids was a hit. Kids loved the breakfast in the morning too. Michelle at the desk was great. Always striking a pleasant conversation, even with the kids!! Heather, I assume the GM, was helpful when booking another night. All staff were great, I just didn't catch names. I will be back.

When checking in I asked why I was charged several times a dollar while trying to do early check in and was told that have nothing to do with it it’s booking.com. The bathroom door almost hit the toilet it was so small and you couldn’t close the door unless you moved the the other side of the bathroom.I’ve had a bigger “bathroom “ on an airplane. There were loud thuds that shook the room all night and an open door to a destroyed utility room I can only imagine used to be the rest of my room with exposed open breaker box and construction debris all over.I was double charged the cost of the room for incidentals and when checking out I asked to have a receipt printed I was told that it was booking.com and could not give me a receipt for my stay it was not the room pictured or reserved. It was very dirty and looked as if they threw the room together “bathroom” included an hour before I got there. Couldn’t even set the blinking clock in the room.

As advertised that you have a pool, somewhere it should say that it isn't in working order- I was really upset that I had choose this hotel to go to because the pool looked nice and it was a get away for me and my boyfriend away from the kids and the rain for the night. We live local so we just wanted to get out and enjoy something since the weather has been so bad. Also the elliptical in the work out room didn't work- it showed on, but none of the buttons worked- And the bathrooms are very small-

When something was not right the staff did what they could to make it right- They obviously can't do anything about not having a pool that works (that is advertised for) and the reason I choose you, but when I didn't have a fridge they switched my room to one that did and when there wasn't hot water he did something with the boiler system and let me know when it was fixed

no air conditioning. When I received the final bill it had enormous and confusing charges on it. This is the first time i ever received a bill that was Not zero. When booking through booking.com the final bills were always zero since I prepaid through a third-party. Now I have to sort through things and audit. Not what I wanted to do. I wanted to enjoy my trip and go home.

The fact that it had local history. I grew up in the area and always wanted to stay at that hotel. It was a very exclusive hotel back when I was growing up.

Climate control was not working well in my room. Room was always cold. Fitness center bathroom toilet did not flush well at all. Equipment was also not working well.
