The young man that checked me in was not pleasant at all. I asked about using my AAA card and he told me I should have done that when I booked the room. No apology. No understanding. Seemed like he did not want to be there. He never smiled in the couple times I interacted and saw him. He is not the kind of person that should be in hospitality services. The breakfast was lacking in products. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a restock.

The bartender was awesome. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet.

They didn’t have any towels at the pool and the desk said they were completely out of them. During breakfast there was no food and it was not the end of breakfast. The whole downstairs smelled like marijuana. The gym is only cardio machines despite the photos showing other things.

It was not right in the city but close enough to everything to and we needed.

The free breakfast buffet was AWFUL, honestly, the worst I've ever had at any hotel. Breakfast room was hot, offerings were scant, two mornings hot food bins were practically empty and hot choices were terrible.

Accommodations and facilities as expected for a Comfort Inn. Especially appreciated the lobby bar/grill -- good atmosphere, drink/food selection at a good price, and open for late evening.

When checking in, I asked for a roll away bed and was told only 4 people could be in the room. I told the front desk person there were only four in the room and that 2 of the 4 were married and the other 2 were not. Was then told that a roll away bed would not fit in the room, which wasn't true. I ended up asking for extra linens, and one person slept on the floor.

Property was older and they didn't have towel on a daily base. Didn't need room clean but did need towels. They wasn't able to assist with that so we went and purchased some.

Property wasn't what I except but we were gone so didn't have to stay all day there. Property is older and we seen roaches day before we left. Want stay there again if I did visit the City.

Paid for Suite room but had to downgrade to King room because the air conditioner was not working in the Suite. Was not reimbursed the difference. Was told someone would call me but no one called. However, Staff was exceptional. Bri and other workers were great!

It was All pedestrian . Not good not bad. The room was clean, the bathroom had the bare minimum . The hot water was too damn hot. The bathtub down spout spun around as if it wasn't attach go any pipe.No hook for towel/bathrobe. I can understand why the poor qua!ity of the bath accessories.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned after previous guest: sink was dirty, toilet not flushed. Worst was several colonies of mold in shower and gaping cracks in bathroom ceiling. Easily remedied with bleach/caulk.

Continental breakfast was typical. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Air conditioning wouldn't get very cold. The hallways reeked of weed. Everything was slightly dirty.

It was close to where we were going. Breakfast was good. Bar and restaurant was good even though pricey.

The lobby and breakfast area were very updated. The rooms were not. The light over the bathroom sink was replaced and the electric box was never covered up. Around the room, the trim and carpet haven't been cleaned in some time. The pool is not indoor as listed. It is in the courtyard, covered by a glass enclosure. We were there on a 90 plus degree day and it was too hot to swim in there. We were able to swim later that evening. Room was overall disappointing compared to the lobby.

The staff were excellent and very friendly! The breakfast was great. The pool was very large.

Some towels in the hotel were stained. I asked the waiter to change the towels for me in the morning, but she was very reluctant. And the waitress seems to have been drunk last night and didn't sober up in the morning!
