United StatesThe young man that checked me in was not pleasant at all. I asked about using my AAA card and he told me I should have done that when I booked the room. No apology. No understanding. Seemed like he did not want to be there. He never smiled in the couple times I interacted and saw him. He is not the kind of person that should be in hospitality services. The breakfast was lacking in products. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a restock.
The bartender was awesome. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet.

United StatesThey didn’t have any towels at the pool and the desk said they were completely out of them. During breakfast there was no food and it was not the end of breakfast. The whole downstairs smelled like marijuana. The gym is only cardio machines despite the photos showing other things.
It was not right in the city but close enough to everything to and we needed.

United StatesThe free breakfast buffet was AWFUL, honestly, the worst I've ever had at any hotel. Breakfast room was hot, offerings were scant, two mornings hot food bins were practically empty and hot choices were terrible.
Accommodations and facilities as expected for a Comfort Inn. Especially appreciated the lobby bar/grill -- good atmosphere, drink/food selection at a good price, and open for late evening.

United StatesWhen checking in, I asked for a roll away bed and was told only 4 people could be in the room. I told the front desk person there were only four in the room and that 2 of the 4 were married and the other 2 were not. Was then told that a roll away bed would not fit in the room, which wasn't true. I ended up asking for extra linens, and one person slept on the floor.

United StatesThe lobby and breakfast area were very updated. The rooms were not. The light over the bathroom sink was replaced and the electric box was never covered up. Around the room, the trim and carpet haven't been cleaned in some time. The pool is not indoor as listed. It is in the courtyard, covered by a glass enclosure. We were there on a 90 plus degree day and it was too hot to swim in there. We were able to swim later that evening. Room was overall disappointing compared to the lobby.
The staff were excellent and very friendly! The breakfast was great. The pool was very large.
