United StatesWe were there for Morgan Wallen concert ( as was most of the guests in the hotel) It would have been nice if the hotel had offered a shuttle bus to the venue and back to the hotel. Once the concert got out, we had to wait 3 hours for an uber to the hotel. By the time we got back to the hotel, the bar and restaurant were closed and almost all the food in the small snack area was gone. It would have been nice to offer a shuttle even for a small fee.

United StatesNegative, I had called ahead of time and asked for the 1st floor if possible and also if I could be on the same floor as our family staying there and over the phone they were very nice and accommodating, however when I got there she said they could not (didn't even attempt and was rude) Also one other negative was the hot portion of the breakfast was not good, me and my husband couldn't eat it.
The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the kids had an amazing time at the waterpark, overall we would stay again for sure!

United StatesI almost died because either a cleaning person or the last person that stated the room broke the plug-in for the alarm clock and left the two prongs in the outlet. The TVs are not connected to the Internet at all so you can’t log into Netflix or anything that’s on an app. Kind of an ancient way of doing things with the programs.

Great value and the bed and sheets were very clean...I'm picky about smells ...sheets and blanket and pillows all really clean. The hotel had a lot of families with kids, but I did not hear anything when in my room . 100% recommend this hotel.

United StatesThe pool being rented out to non-guests for birthday parties. It just seemed overcrowded for the hotel guests. The big kids (over 8) liked to get a little rowdy in the younger kids splash area.
The hotel was clean. Check in was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was alot of fun for the kids. However, it did seem to get a little too full on the weekend, which isn't surprising. It just felt a little gross with so many kids around, again, not surprising as it is a kids Waterpark. My kids LOVED it, so that's all that matters! Alayna and Mary the lifeguards were very sweet and helpful!

United StatesElevators kept stopping at every floor and squeaked with movement. Water pressure (was on 4th floor) was outrageous and could not use shower for kids because the water pressure would have hurt them. The faucet handle on the sink was broken off in the room. The pool area was cooler than appropriate and had pizza floating in the pool.
The staff were very friendly and helpful from booking, check-in until check-out. Enjoyed water park area.

United StatesTypically not one to write bad reviews. We were there for one night with a large group of friends staying in multiple rooms. We all checked in around 3 and immediately left. After taking 2 separate Ubers back to the hotel in the late evening, a single gentleman sitting behind a computer at the front desk berated us with questions while sitting in the lobby waiting for our food to be delivered. Without communicating with us he just yelled out “are you leaving now or are you staying here”. We said we were staying there and he began to say “while theres too many of you for one room”. He was correct there was 5 of us (2 married couples and one single) split between two rooms. We all gave him our room numbers and names the room should be under. However, he continued saying “nope” every-time my friend and her husband said their room number to the point that he told them they were lying about there room number. It got very uncomfortable as they knew they were saying the correct room but he just kept repeating “nope”. The man never asked for her first name and when we finally said her full name he goes “oh ok, it’s under the first name but not the same last name”. It was under her maiden name and not recently changed married last name. Despite us all saying the correct room numbers this was a 20 minute back and forth of him just repeating “nope” until we all finally got so frustrated and left. We had key cards to get in and yet he still berated us with questions. We got back late but we were not loud or being disrespectful at all prior to his engagement with us. The day staff was great but I have never felt so disrespected in a hotel as a paying customer as I did at that moment. He didn’t even ask us to come up to the desk he just kept yelling across the lobby. Very poor and judgmental customer service from this individual.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff for check in was super helpful and respectful. The water park, although we didn’t get a chance to go looked clean and had easy access. Traveled with other friends staying in the hotel and they all said the rooms were clean and comfortable for the value spent.
