The parking , didn’t seem secure, not enough light.

Location , convenience, 4star appearance, space! The hotel honestly deserved more than what I paid for 3 nights, 2 family rooms on News Year’s Eve. Bf was just simple if you aren’t a heavy bf person but you can ask for more and pay separate. I recommend this hotel for business, leisure, big functions or weddings, parties, it deserves it. It’s beautiful!

out of order elevators, odors in hallways, dead roaches in halls, sinks don’t drain well, heater smells like fire and tv didn’t work.

Comfort of the room was fine. The bed was comfy. Its definitely what we needed for a one night stay. Thank you for your southern hospitality.

We didn't eat breakfast. The room was fine and what we needed but it definitely needs more lighting. Also more mirrors. That would make it greater.

The rooms definitely need some updating, didn’t match lobby at all. Parking lot looks like the hotel is abandoned from outside. Pool area needs updating too. Cabanas were nice but sofas and everything were ripped and burned with cigarettes

They have a party room or private parties with very loud music that reaches the rooms and they did not provide us with towel service.

The elevators too forever and the carpets in the hallway need to be cleaned badly to get rid of the smell. The staircases smell like urine. The bathroom in my room smell like vomit and the toilet seats need to be changed, they are starting to change colors. A new system needs to put in place for the laundry room. It’s too many steps just to wash a load. I ended up going to a close by laundromat I was in room 278. But overall the staff was really friendly. I just went to Walmart to purchase cleaning products.

I didn't like how small the fridge was and there was no full length mirror and I didn't like how small the mattress was compared to the platform my pillow kept falling behind the bed

I believe my stay could have been more comfortable. I believe this location should have dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner on stock.

The lobby and general area was very nice, and well maintained. However, the pool area (with nice seating areas and cabanas) needed quite a bit of trash pickup. The room itself was very clean, but could use some minor fixes and updates in general. The main area of the room needs to have overhead lighting as it was quite dark in the room even in the daytime with just the table/floor lamps. We were also unable to use the fitness center as two out of the three treadmills weren’t working…and there were two of us wanting to use them. However, we were able to run the neighborhood around the hotel. So, it worked out.

Our check in went extremely smooth. We got the best service from Elizabeth (who checked us in) and Kia. Both of these ladies were very friendly and gave good suggestions of places to visit. We were in Dallas for the eclipse and when we were in the parking lot watching the eclipse, both came up to us and engaged in conversation. Both of them were extremely nice every time we walked in and out of the hotel…addressed us and asked how our day was going, what plans were for the day, etc. There was another gentleman there who was friendly as well, however, we didn’t engage with him as much and I didn’t get his name. Sorry! We had booked a corner king room, and that's what we got. The room size was very large with a nice couch and table/chairs. The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet. The room also had a nice mini fridge and a microwave. We generally travel with our own food, so this was nice!
