The door going to the pool. It was just odd that you have to go out of the property to get to the pool. Sometimes the back door that leads into the building is closed shut so we have to go around through the lobby to get to the elevators and into the room after being wet from the pool and jacuzzi.

Stayed for another week. It was quiet, near freeway and restaurants. Beds were so comfortable and we slept like babies. Staff were so fantastic as well. Shoutout to Star for taking great care of us during our stay! You rock! ❤️

The 2nd floor hallway towards the back entrance smells on certain days. Not sure if it was the guests or just the old carpet, however, the staff cleans the hallway and the home fragrance somehow masks the smell. It doesn’t smell inside the rooms though.

As far as the room was concerned, the decor was blah with wires showing everywhere. My big complaint was the parking. The hotel has a contract with a towing company who comes around every night at midnight and tows cars away without any notice. We had an expired handicap placard which in Arizona are now permanent. The towing company didn't see it that way and towed my car. But mine wasn't the only car towed WITHOUT NOTICE that night. I tried to explain the new rules in Arizona but it cost $435 to get my car back. Thankfully I didn't have a flight to catch or an important meeting. The girl at the desk felt terrible as she could see my husband was having a hard time walking, but nothing would sway the towing company. The hotel has a real scam going and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody

Room #163 Lack of cleanliness, broken shower curtain, floors not clean, stains in the wall, cracked water glasses, wrinkled bedding, mice in the room! Night staff was un attentive! No patio pool furniture to sit on, broken jacuzzi and no free breakfast or breakfast at all, no lounge, which all is still being advertised as available. The next morning we complained to Nicole, she was very helpful and got us moved right away to #164, that room was much better. We will not be staying there again.

They totally over charged me for a dirty seat a crumbs on floor from my daughter n son when they didn’t come to vacum whole stay!! 145$ for a dirty sheet because of pizza is ridiculous! They also ignored me knowing I was trying to get my money back !

Maintenance added chemicals to the pool as I was swimming. The stair door was missing a handle, locking me in. The smell was awful.

The hot water was out 1st night then my car was towed because the parking pass was not visible enough. Very confrontational staff. Worst hotel stay in a long time!!!!!!!!!

the whole stay. We paid for a balcony room but our room had a pad lock on the door. We asked for a key and they said they didn't have o e. Which happens to be a fire hazard. Front office staff was very rude, unwelcome. We asked for a non smoking room. The room smelled really bad. We asked for a room change and they didn't have any. Our balcony area was to 3-4 homeless RV. The swimming pool was in an unsafe and uncomfortable area. To get back I to the hotel we had to walk around to the front because our keys wouldn't work because the door was broken
