There was nothing we didn't like and we would happily return again. One small thing that could be improved is that some of the tiles in the pool were a little grubby and could do with a clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby / bar area was inviting with a pool table and board games. There was inclusive coffee available for guests. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. All in all the hotel had a nice vibe and was good value for money.

The food from the restaurant could have been better.

I loved the design of the lobby and the rooms. The lobby was a nice place to sit and hang out and have some food. The room was cozy and quirky and fun!

You can't really hear the outside noises, considering the location of the hotel is near the airport. However, the door blocks the sounds quite poorly from hallways. So you could hear every single door opening/closing and chatters from hallways.

The room is very clean and spacious and the location is perfect for us. The check in/out process was very smooth. The blockout window did a great job to keep the light out. It also blocks out the noises from the airplanes.

We had handicapped accessibility with a walk-in shower. The shower was great but flooded the bathroom floor each time it was used, even for short showers.

The parking spots around the front of the building seemed to be a bit narrow to the point where multiple cars were parked over the lines which made it difficult to park in the most ideal spots when returning in the evening. I will say that the back parking lot had wider spots/fewer cars so this was not an issue there. The elevator also could have been cleaner and fellow guests could have been quieter throughout the night as it did get noisy at times. Lastly, the concept of the doors opening and closing with little to no assistance is a neat one but I had to wait a couple of minutes after manually attempting to close it to make sure it didn't fly back open on its own leaving my room open to anyone passing by and sometimes it would re-open on its own so I would recommend waiting until you hear it latch/lock before walking away from your room for safety purposes.

My room was clean and the staff was very nice. The room was a decent price and there was ample parking around the sides and back of the property. I thoroughly enjoyed the design of the bathroom and the window overlooking part of the city/parking lot as well. Others mentioned that there isn't anything to eat nearby which is true if you're walking but there are definitely plenty of restaurants and shops within a 10 min or less drive from the hotel itself so that was very convenient.

Doors are not sound proved so you can hear everything, and the sleep gets complicated with the closer of the doors been too loud.

Breakfast was not complimentary and we had to order for them to prepare it for us. That means more time planning to come down early and have breakfast.

Great hotel staff and it was a clean hotel!! It’s conveniently located off the high which makes it easy for us to get in and out of the hotel.
