Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I paid for breakfast but was so disappointed in breakfast room I got a refund on the breakfast tickets

The food and the atmosphere.
The breakfast had simple things missing such as no orange juice or alternative milk. The evening bar food was bad - on the 2nd night even 1 hour before the end of service the food came out cold and uncooked and the chef was not pleasant at all. The reception staff were polite not necessarily friendly.

Except for bar hours no changes are necessary.
Facility is clean, front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, room was quiet, beds were comfortable, location was good with easy access to I-95. The only downside is the hotel bar closes at 10pm even if there are customers waiting to be served.

I requested a room farthest from the elevator,. My room was 'directly' in front of the elevator doors. There was no complimentary coffee or breakfast on any of the mornings I was around. Well, theres a tiny restaurant in the lobby for paying restaurant patrons.
Annette at the front desk is super! The cleaning staff is very kind. Rates are pretty consistent. Except when here for Paris.

The room was infested sugar ants and a fridge that did not work when I checked into the room. The housekeeper didn’t speak English and had the maintenance man tell me to leave the room with my dogs before she would clean it.

Pool was closed. Were given the option to go to the sister pool across the road but the pool was really small.
Nice size room, clean, easy parking, helpful staff. Easy access to the highway but also to coast.

Both (2) USB outlets in hotel room were rusty and one didn't work. Be sure to bring your own usb adapters for outlets. Rooms do need some more updates and carpet needs shampooing or replacing. WiFi did not work for us.
Cook to order breakfast options were good and cooked perfectly. Compliments to the chef! We did wish they had a buffet though, because there was a wait for the server initially. Other than the first initial wait, service was great. Location was perfect near Space Coast Complex. Plenty of parking space and luggage carts. Front desk were friendly and helpful.

I did not stay at this location on this night. I have spoken with the hotel numerous times and they have waived their fee yet booking.com is charging me for a room we did not stay in. We stayed the next night and had a pleasant stay. Can you PLEASE give my money back for this one? We have been promised by 3 different people yet nothing has been done

the website stated that breakfast was complimentary, however, it was only free for 2 people in our room instead of all 4 people. this was sneaky on the hotel's part, and since we paid for 4 guests to stay , all 4 should receive complimentary breakfast. desk clerk gave some lame excuse about it. also, if you book 1 room for 4 people, you should provide 4 towels in that room.

Bathrooms could use an update and the noise from the nearby highway takes a bit to get used to.
A bargain priced hotel with a real, home cooked breakfast. I was surprised that breakfast was made to order, in a real kitchen, not the typical American chain hotel with muffins and bagels wrapped in plastic, served on paper plates. Good job Holiday Inn. Tesla overnight charger was also a bonus for my rental car.

The hotel has seen better days. The interior was dated, old carpets smelled musty and the mattresses were worn out.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Good windows, noise from the nearby interstate could not be heard. Breakfast was good.
