Wish they had microwaves. Wish the mini fridge was colder. The Pacci restaurant was not impressive. I personally cook better. We were seated at a very comfortable table, but benchseat was wet from ac unit venting above our heads. Water kept dripping on us. That seems yucky to have ac water dripping on customers. They need a small decorative rain gutter installed to catch and divert all of the annoying water drips.

Loved the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the valet parking, the courtyard. The rooms were nice with plenty of comfy pillows and a mini fridge.

The hotel was delightful, and everybody was nice except on my departure. There was a big fellow behind the front desk who was rude and unpleasant. That sort of spoiled the whole day.

Front desk at check-in: clerk was very inattentive. Musty odor and damp room. The next day after we complained about the dampness another front desk person said to set the AC to “drying” and that helped a lot

The only downside was the valet parking fee of $49 per day. In my opinion, it’s a bit steep, but I have to admit it was handled very smoothly and professionally.

We spent two nights in the beautiful and spirited city of Savannah, Georgia, and the Kimpton Brice Hotel was the perfect place to stay. This high-end hotel is well-maintained, with spacious rooms and super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the warm atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, truly one of the best we’ve ever had. Overall, a fantastic experience in a wonderful location.

not much service (no spa, room service) and no coffee machine(maker) in 1 bedroom appartment ! Huuuge negative at this price! Too many dogs (which explains that carpets in corridor and furniture in room is a lil run down, I guess :( Very weird floorplan of the rooms as well - a bit confusing

Check-in wasn't necessarily friendly or welcoming. Hotel offers a $20 food credit included with their $30 resort fee. However, they didn't apply it until I followed up and asked for a receipt, and they noticed their error. Valet parking is high, but we found a spot on the street, and since we came Sat night, we only had to pay for a couple hours of parking before it was free. I understand parking is at a premium, and the rates are standard for the area, though.

The location was lovely and quiet yet walkable to most everything in the historic area. Pet policy is nice since I had to travel with my small dog.

The pool area didn’t offer a lot of space for people. The towels were very worn and uncomfortable for the pool. The fitness center was located outside the pool area and was not big enough to workout.

The hotel is very quaint with a perfect location to River St. valet was nice and convenient. The suite was the perfect size for 3.

GREAT location, Convenient to get anywhere easily, but in a quiet corner of the historic section, away from the noisy hotels. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Our suite was well designed, relaxing, spacious with a large, comfortable bathroom.

We had a room by the main road and it sounded like it was thundering all night being on the first floor and a window facing the road. The room had a slight musty smell but otherwise was good!
