Didn’t like that the property was being worked on while we were there. I was on a vacation, not a vacation with other people working in the same building as me little upset about that but what are you gonna do I guess and they weren’t gonna give us complementary breakfast see that we had to fight for that.

Many things! I came to this hotel for the hot tub which was not in service. Last year it was under renovations, how long does it take?? Ice machine had no ice . Vending machine had no waters Oh yeah had to go to another floor to get ice when it did have ice early on The newly renovated room we were in, ( think) one of the lights didn't work and the water pressure was very low while taking a shower. I also had to screw the plug in the drain, don't know why it was out. It wasn't so housekeeping could clean it cuz I pulled a clump of hair out of it. Pretty gross. Other than than, it was okay.

The Winter Circle was entertaining, food was good.

The purpose of having a room by the pool was to be able to access the pool. The door was sealed off.

The mattress in couch was dirty, thin and very uncomfortable. The only positive was the bedding was very good. Did not get a good night's sleep for value.

I really like staying at this Hotel and I understand some things are not under their control. We knew that the hot tub and other things were under construction but the boiler they said broke the day before or the morning of the day we got there so we had no pool. The cleanliness could have been better. The staff was wonderful and helped us with whatever we needed.

The room was in need of repair. Shower head wouldn’t stay up to take a proper shower and ceiling was half painted.

You could hear the traffic from the highway clearly. There were no solid curtains to close the windows. Bathtub had mold on caulk.

The suite we stayed in had the absolutely dirtiest couches I have even seen in a hotel. There were stains everywhere, they were like cardboard to sit on and we couldn’t even use the sofa bed . The mattress was gross. Honestly they looked like they pulled them out of a dumpster. There were also no extra pillows or sheets or blankets for the sofa. I will not spend the money I did on a suite here again. I was super embarrassed to have had my friends stay there with me.

The staff was wonderful! The suite we stayed in was recently given some upgrades. The bed was super comfortable, the bathrooms nice and clean.

Toilet was ridiculously tiny. We didn’t get the room that was shown in the pictures. Lots of noise at 1-3 am in the hallways from screaming running people. Pool was dirty. Not enough channels on tv. Heater in room faulty. Key cards rarely worked and needed reprogrammed multiple times.

Our room smelled damp/musty. I would ask for another room next time if there weren't so many events going on and we were staying longer. Other than that everything was amazing.

We enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn when we were in the Hershey Area. Our daughter enjoyed the 2 outdoor pools, and we enjoyed the several other events that were going on, such as the comedy show, corn hole tournament, and the restaurant located inside the hotel.

The property is in need of an update. The air conditioner in our room didn’t take the humidity out of the air and the whole room was damp and cold with a musty smell

Room had a very musty stale odor to it. Room was overly hot and thermostat didn't work or help. Hotel was fine but showing its age.

Not as clean as it could be, and there was not a microwave in our room. I was told by staff that not every room has a microwave. To be so close to Hershey Park and sports fields, every room should have a microwave to accommodate families and those who are traveling. Pools need to be tended too as well.
