Overall, our stay was most pleasant. Our room was designed for a guest with physical limitations. The dangerously slippery shower floor and the buckled, loose hallway carpeting presented hazards. We will NOT stay there next trip.

The rooms are rather dated. Don’t think they have been updated for a while. They were very basic…The room didn’t have a microwave and perhaps that was because the of price point.

I liked the convenience. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. I also liked the desk area and the lobby. There was a bar and restaurant included in the building.

Booked on line for a king room. Confirmation given on reservation. Got there and the clerk couldn’t find any king rooms available but found alternate reservation. The hair dryer would not work. I tried 10 different ways to Sunday but it just wouldn’t. Not really happy that an ice machine wasn’t on my floor and a pop machine either. But slept good!! Fairly quiet even though the hotel was packed with teenagers in town for basketball competitions and cheer leaders

Towels were thin and there were only 3 despite having 4 people to the room. The carpet transition to the main room needs to be fixed. It’s coming up and it hurts to step on. The pool was cold. There was water EVERYWHERE and needed some help to get to the drain. Other guests put down towels. But it was very slippery and dangerous even when walking slowly. No towels were in the pool room for use.

Front desk was quick with check in. Rooms were comfortable even if a tad small. I do wish they had actual smart TVs you could stream to from your phone but the cable options were fine. Perhaps a few extra channels geared towards kids would be good. Breakfast was good. We wish it went a little later. They had waffles, French toast sticks, bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit, oatmeal, cereal and orange juice available. Plus toast and muffins. My husband actually ate the breakfast which is saying something so major kudos to that.

Hot tub wasn’t very hot and pool was rather chilly but our daughter didn’t mind. The carpet throughout looks like it is nearing the end of its life but the everything was clean

Small and not so small things added up to a substandard hospitality experience. Small things: no water & beverage vending on the floor next to the ice machine; and 2 out of 2 mornings there was either none or not enough milk or Half & Half next to the complementary coffee. Not so small things: smelly trash was left in the corridor 2 out of 2 days we were there and the receptionist had to go and retrieve it herself (no housekeeping staff on duty?). Furthermore, there was a loud fan noise coming through the walls (although we made sure the fan in the bathroom was off); and carpets in corridor were bubbled up - a potential trip hazard. The hotel could use renovation.

The family suite ok. The room was in need of some updating. The bunk beds and sofa were very worn and needed replacing. There were patches cut into the carpet that need fixed and the carpet by the kitchenette where it meets the tile was dangerous as the tack strip underneath was exposed and would stab you in the feet when walking through if you weren’t careful. The cleanliness could also be better. a lot of furniture in the room was sticky as was the tile near the kitchenette. There was a big stain in the foldout bed that looked to possibly be blood.

The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

The price was a little high and didn't include free breakfast. When we checked in they didn't make us aware or have a sign out that the next day they would be testing the smoke alarm/fire alarm. When they went off it scared us and we hurried out of the building in a panic. The front desk attendant had a sign out by that time and said it was just testing. Wish the attendant had told us when we checked in the night before.
