How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The pool is always crowded with kids. Then it ended up being out of order.
The comfort here was amazing. Very nice and attentive staff. And I like the exercise room.

Our room wasn’t cleaned in between our stay. We asked the house cleaning if the room could be cleaned since she was two doors down and she told us that we missed our chance and she couldn’t go back.
Jackie at the front desk was very helpful she made sure that we were taken care of and comfortable during our stay. The rooms were clean and neat it gave an upscale feel on a budget.

The air conditioner in our first room leaked so the carpet was soaked but they upgraded us to a suite which was really nice.

Clean and friendly, guests kinda questionable because my neighbors above me were jumping causing noise through the ceiling for and hour and a half. I called the front desk and they took care of it

The bed was not comfortable it was a spring bed not too bad coz it was just for a night. Though I wouldn't want to sleep in such a bed for 2 or more nights.

Swimming pool area too dark needs more lighting. Also you have to wait for the reception representative to let you in.
Ms. Jackie was very professional and so accommodating towards my needs.The breakfast was good and plenty of options.

The brown carpet in the room--old. The big brown chair in my room looked stained, gross and dirty (Room 600). Other than that the staff was super friendly and accomodating.

When we checked in the room, it was very cold. They had set the thermostat at 67 degrees and it was like 17 outside. We had to wait about 30 mins for the room to warm up before we can be comfortable without our overcoats. And the noise insulation within the room was very poor: you can practically join in a conversation with people talking in the hallway near the door. And if the unit above us would use the shower or flush the toilet, it sounded like a plane flew above your head
Convenient to restaurants. Accessible from a major road. Bed mattress and sheets are very good. Clean. Breakfast was very decent . Staff friendly and responsive

The beds are horrible, I've stayed at many different hotel chains and this is hands down the worst bed I have ever experienced. Sat up in a chair to try to get some sleep.
Nice facilities and super nice staff truly enjoyed them.

The pool and hot tub were extremely over chlorinated. To the point we had to get out after 10 minutes because our eyes and throats burned so bad

The freeway noise was loud from 5am to 5pm. I wasn't able to open the window to allow fresh air in. I could sometimes hear people in the room next door.
Location is close to the airport and NYC. The continental breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and reliable. The rooms are clean and modern.

The toilet was dripping in the tank, so we just kept the door closed
Easy to find, and was near a Dunkin Donuts and Wawa which is very convenient. We only stayed one night and it was good for that.

The coffee machine wasn’t working. We asked for help and they brought a different one that was very dirty. The pool was pure Clorox. My kids were looking forward to it and unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer than a couple of minutes because of how strong the smell was.
It was easy find. We had cleaning service every day. Breakfast was good. Some of the employees were extremely kind.
