The air conditioner wouldn't adjust to the temperature of my liking but it was simple to just turn it off or on by pushing buttons on the side plug so I didn't mind.

It was worth it I enjoyed my stay there, the staff were awesome! overall a great experience and would come back again! :)

Due to a recent accident I have been wheelchair bound and staying at the hotel for 2 weeks.. The breakfast staff have been phenomenally helpfull (Elham and deborah)Thank you both! The staff. At the lobby have been fantastic and even went out of their way to help me repair my broken glasses. If you are traveling in this area, I strongly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone we met and saw were hardworking and customer focused. We especially appreciated Steve (who checked us in) Miranda (who gave us excellent restaurant reccs)and Raj (who took a family photo for us) at the front desk and the incredible Deborah who handled breakfast(she has everything running like clockwork, keeps the area spotless and is thoughtful - bringing over muffins for a visiting toddler). The place is clean 24/7. This is remarkable in that they host many high school and college athletes. About breakfast: A great selection of hot, cold and help yourself items - there is something for everyone. We REALLY appreciated 24/7 coffee. Every cup is freshly GROUND and BREWED. This was invaluable as we checked out at 4:30 AM but were able to enjoy fresh coffee in the breakfast area before we left as well as a few items we took from breakfast the day before up to our room. Parking is sufficient and the location is close to wherever you want to be and whatever you need. The pool and spa are nice though we didn't have time to use it.

We booked the hotel for the night with our kids mainly for the use of the pool and jacuzzi. There was a swim class going on for two hours in the pool area. I wish the front desk would have mentioned that upon check in. My kids didn’t feel comfortable in the pool too long, they felt like they were in the way, and were kind of disappointed. The jacuzzi was nice and relaxing though.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We also liked that there was room service options with a large menu. The morning breakfast was a nice included feature with lots of options to choose from, and delicious tasting food.

The reclining chair in the room was alittle hard.

Hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. Raj at the front desk was very good & helpfull. Sunday morning breakfast was very good and everything was well stocked & hot! "Elham" was multitasking keeping everything going as well as keeping the tables clean. She even took extra time to assist my grandchildren with their plates. Great Staff.

Hotel was sold out but only 1 person working check in day of arrival and 1 person working breakfast day of checkout. Poor planning that caused a lot of delays but everyone was in decent spirits. Pool was fine at arrival. That evening, the chlorine level was way too high. Multiple people coughing and I'll after being in the pool for 5 minutes.

It's not really a complaint so much as a preference. The bed was pretty tall for me to get in and, while I didn't have any issues, I did get concerned that I might have issues getting in and out of bed in the middle of the night for one reason. But again, that's only my preference. I'm not going to complain about the hotel not knowing I'm shorter.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and roomy, and the complimentary breakfast was first rate. I was able to check in later than anticipated but it was perfectly great working with Jason and the rest of the staff.

There are signs everywhere saying quiet time is at 10…one night there was the entire lobby & children in the pool until 11. Confused why they post signs all over their hotel, but don’t enforce the rules when it’s happening literally in front on their faces that rules are being violated.

We love the pool & hot tub area! My children & I love to do a little escape when we can to relax with this hotel. Elham that runs the breakfast buffet is the nicest thing & you can tell she puts love into her job. The entire staff is friendly! Overall always a great stay.

Breakfast. Elham was the breakfast attendant and she did an excellent job. She was constantly cleaning the area and ensuring there was plenty to eat. The food was also very good.
