We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were able to check in early and check out a little late. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

United StatesI hate to say this,but the whole room smelt very musty the whole time we were there.It gave us headaches.In fact as soon as you got out of the elevator you could smell it.The staff was very nice,namely Martha on the front desk who was a lovely young lady.I wouldn't stay there again for the moldy smell.The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast wasn't bad depending on your taste.There was a pretty good selection.

United StatesDuring the weekdays the parking lot at night is very full with large utility trucks and the parking spaces are tight if you come back late. During the weekend there are more families staying. Was disappointed on two occasions went returning late afternoon to discover that housekeeping did not touch the room. For six nights you will need to tell them to change the sheets or they will not and make sure if you need housekeeping or maintenance to ask before 5, otherwise only one front desk staff is there.
Location was perfect for visiting family and downtown and beaches. During the week it was quite because there were a lot of contract workers who went to bed early and left the property early. The beds are comfortable.

United Statesthere was a leak in our bathroom over the top of the showerhead on the ceiling the pool wasn’t working six days out of the seven that we stayed. The carpet was very very old and stained and had an odor to it. The hinges in the bathroom were rusted. The view from our window was of the roof of the entrance of the building, the free breakfast had a lot of things missing every other day. there was no sun at the pool so I had to sit at the best Western’s parking lot next to the pool to talk to my son. He did jump into the water and said it was very cold and his legs were stinging.
The staff was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was great.
