How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Road noise from busy street out front. Ask for a room in the back.
Clean modern hotel with very spacious rooms. Nice, helpful staff.

It'll need a little updating, and there were two run-ins with a few "homeless" people.
Pool access was nice, Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was truly awesome

Very noisy after 9 p.m. Adults and children from regional sports programs got out of hand. And this appears to be a regular problem. It happened the first night of one stay, and again the night of a second time we were there a few days later.
Good. Ample. Typical selection these days.

Was a pretty place, staff were nice. Building next door pretty unsightly. Pool didn't feel heated at all, we were quite cold in it and only stayed in about 15 minutes. Barely any chairs to sit and watch kids at pool and no noise dampening in pool so another families kids screams were deafening!! Unfortunately the heat in our room wasn't working, staff took money off final bill. Plus elevator room was so close to our room we heard the motor constantly which was bothersome. Again staff was nice and breakfast there was great and not lacking!!

Was very disappointed that I was unable to utilize the pool...My key card another guests card nor front desk staff's card would work to allow access and maintenance never arrived

Being winter with quite alit of snow. We parked in handicap with out proper tag. We had to walk in the parking lot to get to the front door. The sidewalk was clear but there was no shoveled path to get to the sidewalk. I would have had to step over a large pile of snow.
Frint desk people were very friendly. The 1 lady greeted us as soon as we walked in to get breakfast. She was super nice.

I could tell the room was not thoroughly cleaned. I found cough drop wrappers around the bed frame and an empty box of someone's beer was left in the closet. The Keurig did not work properly, it is simple to operate but does not heat up the water sufficiently and percolates too fast to have a decent cup. Check in was not the smoothest, the young man was distracted by other guests and was a bit nonchalant. The price was higher than a few alternatives.
location, ease of check out, fairly quiet even with jr sports teams staying around me. Coffee in the lobby. Pool, lots of parking. The linens smelled really nice and fresh.

No hot tub
The staff was fantastic. Greeting in and out. If you needed anything they got it. Breakfast was a great variety and the lady maintaining it came in on day off had a nice smile very welcoming. Gave us good suggestions on food in area. Jay and his team are awesome!!

The breakfast was not our favorite. Lots of variety but the food was bland and no bacon or orange juice available.
Big rooms, very clean and comfortable. The queen beds were the best I've slept in at a hotel! Loved the pillows and the facilities.

A little concerned about hygiene. We stayed there for 3 nights, and never get room service come to change towels. Room has unbearable rotten cheese smell.
They serve hot water in their cafeteria all day long.

Lot of breakfast items got over before 8, people staying were hoarding items in their bag, There should be strict no bag policy, eat as much while you are there, it's understandable if you are taking 1 or 2 muffins or milk for kids to eat later.

The gentleman in the check in made duplicate charges on my credit card. He caused inappropriate distractions to my trip. The staff In the morning fixed after taking some time to figure out what he had done earlier.
Manager is approachable to solve any issue. Kids love Swimming pool.

I was little bummed with the breakfast. It was a busy weekend. But my husband was the only one who got to eat. The food was all gone when the rest of us tried to eat. He said it was good food.
It was clean! Staff was friendly and helpful! The price was decent.
