The toilet wasn’t working as it should. Soap, shampoo were nailed to the wall so not easy to get to for someone taking a bath. The room felt stale and old however, the beds were clean and fine. The TV did not have good an explanation as to how find stations.

Room was "tired" looking; carpet was a little suspect. I was honestly unsure if the bedding was clean as the bed was pretty rumpled, but on closer inspection, it appeared to have been changed.

Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. We needed a few extra things and they quickly accommodated. The lobby and breakfast area has been updated and is nice. Fridge and microwave in the room is always an extra nice touch.

Computer system was changed that day, data was not backed up, all reservations lost. Clerk had to create new reservations, could not even tell what rooms were available. She did agreat job under pressure, but, customers were frustrated

Didn’t seem to have much interesting near the hotel. On the other hand, it had excellent access off the freeway.

It was fresh and had good lighting. The breakfast was quite good and varied. It met our needs for an overnight stop on a long road trip.

Unfortunately, while we were there, the elevator was not working. I am very grateful to the staff who called us before we arrived to let us know of this in case we would have to change our plans. They also informed us at this time our room was at the second floor so this really wasn’t too bad.

The staff were so kind and helpful upon check in! The room was spatulas and clean- a very comfortable bed. The location was prime for travelling- right off the I-75. The breakfast in the morning was great with a lot of variety.

As you drive up, you notice that the front door area needs sweeping or blowing off with a blower. The elevator was broken so we were put on the second floor by the stairs. When we walked in our room, our door was open. When we left and came back, the dresser drawer was open. When we left and came back again, the lamp shade was wonky. The AC made sounds. I think the room was haunted. Ha! I don’t know when the maid service runs but we never encountered it. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels, and wash cloths. There was hair in the tub and hair on the clean towels.

The breakfast was yummy and the beds slept comfortably.

The room's shower leaked everywhere on the floor, which made it slick and unsafe. This was a handicap accessible room so that should not happen. They are remodeling so the main lobby and breakfast area are underwhelming.

Had no maid service in my room. Had to call for towels to be brought up. Bkft the first morning was late. Booked this thinking they would have shuttle service to the airport. Had to arrange my own transportation which cost me $40.

Dirty elevator , changed garbage liners left the room overall dirty, never replaced towels after three days after requesting new towels with a family of four, only receiving 3 towels.

How dirty it was for that much money I expected a clean nice room

The common areas and the room were filthy. Near the elevator on the third floor, someone had spilled coffee or something brown - that spill remained there the length of my four-day stay. The elevator floor was dirty (the entire time). My room had spaces that had not been dusted in a very long time. For one of my three nights, the room hadn't been made up, despite leaving at 9 am and returning at 10 pm. I had stayed at this property twice in the past, so I was astonished by just how dirty and rundown the facility had become. Very disappointing.
