We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only thing that was a little frustrating was finding a place to eat. We didn't want to uber anywhere but there was a cafe within walking distance. The restaurant next door wasn't open until 11-12p. It was nice to walk and enjoy the scenery however.
The front person was great! He helped us for getting room ready early, since we came from a cruise ship. He also helped with getting us a shuttle to the airport the next morning. Very helpful! Did not get up in time for breakfast.
