When booking the rooms a request was made to try & get the rooms close together but unfortunately the rooms were on completely opposite sides of the hotel & floors. Made it a bit annoying hanging out with our party. Also, did not like that dogs were loud, barking & whining when owners were not around.

Rooms were nice & clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

My family and I visited from Washington State we decided to stay here because of the good reviews and I must say I was impressed when we arrived and welcome by staff member Deborah who was great incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The rooms were clean and comfortable with convenient location to the beach-restaurants and shopping. We are looking forward to our nice visit ❤️

Very bad room services - only trash bins were emptied, and towels changed. Very uncomfortable in this situation for more than 1 night stay. In addition, the swimming pool and spa were very dirty.

Large bedroom, great location at walking distance to the seaside walkways. Very convenient parking at the location.

The breakfast stations were not refilled regularly. It was a bit sparse.

Perfect place to spend the night passing through Seaside. This place is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Clean and comfortable.

Only stayed one night, felt it was quiet expensive however the room was big. Booked a king room with a pullout bed for the kids. Pullout bed wasn’t very comfortable but fine for kids. King bed was very comfy. Checked in late and the sofa bed was not made up for the kids so we had to make it up ourselves. Not ideal late at night to have to make beds ourselves. Breakfast was very simple and average. Only good thing about it was the costa coffee machine. Didn’t get to use the facilites so can’t comment on that. Staff were lovely. Wish they had more then one coin operated washer and dryer. Nice location to walk to restaurants and not far to walk to the beach.

We didn’t like the HUNDREDS of sewer moths in and around the pool area.. it was AWFUL. Constantly running out of pool towels. Food & coffee station needs more attention.

The whirlpool spa jets weren't working. They allow dogs and the people in the room next to us left their dog in the room and he didn't bark, but he whined and whimpered every 5 minutes. Not sure I would stay at a dog friendly hotel again.

Included hot breakfast was very good. Fresh made cookies at night were a great bonus. Very good location to the best part of Seaside. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the Aquarium.

It was pretty loud- but it’s a family friendly place, so no big deal.

While not oceanfront, it was a great location on the river and in the heart of downtown Seaside- easy walk to the beach/ promenade and right across the street from the convention center. It was surprisingly clean and modern- I have found that most affordable coastal hotels are run down so this was much better!

The jacuzzi didn’t appear to be working properly. Barely any pressure with only a couple jets working. Decided not to use. Pool was nice, temperate.
