A train whistling through at 11:30pm and 2:30am. Track was right on the other side of the small parking area. One of our 3 rooms that we stated 3 people had towels only enough for 2 and the bedding was not in the room for the pull out sleeper. Though front counter staff was polite and did provide ... just something not expected. Room 134 ... the casing for the lock on frame of door was missing which is odd and makes one wonder about the maintenance and care.

The outlet in our bathroom was not working, so the hair dryer needed to be used outside the bathroom instead.

Breakfast was fine, although the coffee was not great. Pretty standard options for breakfast overall. The shower was very good.

The air conditioner leaked the whole time we stayed. Let them know and maintenance “fixed” it, but the leak came back and water all over the carpet and soaking wet for the majority of our stay.

They “overbooked” due to extended stay guests staying longer so we didn’t get a room with a couch bed. They didn’t have a roll out bed to offer. Luckily, one of our guests decided not to stay otherwise someone would have had to sleep on the floor and there were no other rooms available. The gave us a lower rate. Overall it was good enough with 2 queen beds.

The room was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. We were only there for sleeping. The free breakfast was really good.

The toilet was a problem it was slow flushing and on the last day it would not go down when it was flush the water came all the way up almost overflowing.

The employees were very pleasant from the front desk to the housekeeping team.

When I booked the room on booking.com it said that it was a two room suite with living room in between. When we checked and it was one room with two beds, and a pull out couch. I felt like it was false advertising on booking.com, and I wasn’t pleased with that. We had five people in the room and it was very tight quarters. I was pleased with the location and the hotel. They didn’t have anything to do with my complaint. What I am unhappy about is that booking.com failed me as a consumer and led me to believe the room was better than what it was.

The breakfast was great! The location was great easily accessible to the venue of the concert! The room was clean and the staff was very very helpful.

The night guy was friendly enough just kept disappearing and my daughter-in-law waited about 15-20 minutes at about 8ish? to get new keys—a was no where to be found (which all of our keys kept not working after just a few uses, we were always getting new keys). Then my son and I went down to take her place (because they were sitting outside their room with a one and a half year old that was tired and wet from the pool) and our was at least another 20 minutes before he appeared…the phone kept ringing, another gal was waiting for keys too. My son yelled a few times—anyone here? And a voice said “just a minute I’m in the bathroom” but it wasn’t coming from the hall bathroom we finally heard it coming from a door that said “employees or staff only” so maybe it was a bathroom but it was a 35-45 minutes wait for room keys. Then he finally appeared but in a leather jacket like he’d been outside—very strange and totally unacceptable. He seemed fine, not sick or anything…
