Our restroom tub had long curly hair on walls and tub and tub floor was quite stained. It made it look dirty.

We were disappointed that the damage deposit wasn’t refund as stated in the description which was once we’d left the premises and the room was checked. Instead we were told via email that the return could take 10days. If this is the case the description on Booking.com needs to updated. We have stayed in many hotels during our holiday with no issues with the refund.

We did not enjoy the breakfast. The options were limited, especially if you want to eat something that's a bit healthy/unprocessed. The pancake machine was fun, but did not function properly most of the time. The personnel did not seem to want or be able to fix it. Our biggest issue with the breakfast was the exclusive use of single-use plates, cups and cutlery.

We enjoyed our spacious room. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was convenient for visiting the East and South shores of Lake Tahoe. Lots of parking space too.

my nightly rate was too high. It could have been a better price. The breakfast food was not up to the quality I would have wanted to eat it. I understand that can be very expensive to increase the quality of the food but it was not good. I just used the coffee but could not eat the eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, etc. Coffee was ok though. Not clear the maid service although I don't need it much as I keep my room clean and was just me there.

Very convenient location off 395 near restaurants, gas, and walking paths. Good hot breakfast with several protein options (eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt) and several options for beverage including non-dairy options.

There aren't phones in the rooms and that was an issue as my parents are in their 80's and cell phones are harder for them to use.

My Dad liked the breakfast that was available. I called prior to my parents checking in and was able to pay for the room with no hassle as well.

We had an unforeseen personal problem that required changing the reservation. The front desk person (Calli) was exceptional in helping us solving the situation and providing a convenient solution to our entire satisfaction. The treatment was very friendly and highly professional with no excuses and completely satisfying responses in a short time. She even took time to help us extending the sofa bed and setting the heater. Above and beyond excellency. Clean facility, well equipped rooms. A completely pleasant stay.

The bathtub in our room was very slippery when wet. It appeared to have "non-skid" patches on the surface of the tub, but, they appeared to have been covered over with a clear gelcoat material. The desk did supply a regular bathtub/shower mat, which did eliminate the "slippery surface" feel.

They were very enjoyable.....a very good variety to choose from. And, fresh too.

The pool has been broken for months. We are a family with 3 kids. We depend on each hotel we stay at to have a pool. The staff did not know if or when the pool would be open again.

The property was nice and a good value.
