The bed was hard and stiff. The toilet was stopped up. The room was on the backside and the light was very bright with a sheer curtain that did not block out all the extra light. It was very hard to sleep. Nice facility but just did not get good rest here.

I was booked a handicapped room and the shower head was taped to try and hold it in position which didn't work very well. Possibly got the room before Maintenance could get to it. Small issue. Water pressure and temperature was great though.

Not enough space for breakfast crowd. Not a fan of coffee machines. Both were inoperable on my last day.

The shower curtain was too short and trying not to flood the bathroom was a challenge.

The rooms would work best with someone who's on a business trip. They have a small sofa with a pull-up bed. My grandson had to use the sofa bed. He said it was so uncomfortable that you can fill the metal underneath the thin mattress and that was even uncomfortable. Our grandson told us that his back hurt him from the sofa bed. He never complains about his back hurting. The TV is on a swivel so you could either see it from the sofa bed or from the queen size beds. So when we were resting on our beds, my husband was on one bed and I was on the other. We tried to adjust the TV so we could see it from both sides of the room but that really didn't work out. The way the TV was set up was so inconvenient for our family, or any family that will get a room in this hotel. My husband picked a paper that was underneath the door, there was a knock at the door, it was was a housekeeper asking up if we were checking out soon. My husband told her that we had until 11:00 a.m. to check out not 8:30 in the mornings.There are towels in the bathroom for our use but not one washcloth. This I do not understand so we has a call and ask for washcloths for our room. There was no room to lay our suitcase down on so we can get in and out of it when we wanted. In front of the sleeper sofa was a coffee table. But we had food and stuff on it during our stay. That would have been the only place to have our suitcase opened so we can get into it at our convenience. We are smokers so we had to go outside to smoke a cigarette. There was nowhere to sit outside so that was inconvenient. Lucky for me I'm disabled and come with my own seat. The back area wasn't very clean

The staff was nice and friendly and professional. The inside of the hotel was very clean and decorated very nice. A big TV to watch while you're having breakfast.The breakfast area had an array of hot and cold food. Juices and coffee with lids so you can take them to go. This is great for business people who want a coffee or juice on the fly. Our room was nice and clean from where you walked in to the bathroom. It was nicely decorated. The mattresses were firm but so soft, we really like them. The bed comes with 4 nice size pillows and a white comforter. Overall they were very pleasing to the eye and to the body.

There was a short outage during our stay because of a storm and it was close to getting dark walking to your room and getting around and so I looked and ask for emergency kit lit a flashlight and could not find it, I even ask the front desk and they don’t have it. I wish they should have it at least for emergency situation like power outages& during a storm.

Location- restaurants and shopping area are nearby. They offer free breakfast. Our housekeeper is nice and she provided me what I needed during our stay. Front desk staff is nice also and accommodating.
