The bathroom needed remodeled. The shower sprayed water all over the floor and wall. The ceiling paint was peeling so bad it was falling. The tub was stained horribly and the walls of the shower were disgusting.

There was no hot water when I tried to take a shower three times, The heater didn't work , so the room was cold, The room up above me must had kids , you could hear them stomping, The volume on the TV would go up but the sound wouldn't match the volume number. The room smelled of cigarette smoke & Marijuana, I asked about moving to another room , the motel staff gave me an attitude & claimed there was no other room to move me to, I wouldn't recommend going to this place...

Headboard hadn’t been dusted in a LONG time. Hallway needed updated carpet (stained) and a coat of paint. Couldn’t get the air to work on the heating/air unit, even after calling the front desk.

I didn't like it when I walked to my room. The whole hallway smelled like Marijuana, once I got to my room, I noticed the people above me were making all kinds of noise, I called the front desk , asked to be moved to another room, the clerk was non helpful, I wanted to leave early , but they wouldn't pro rate or refund my payment) so I stayed , it was a horrible stay.. not going back...

The staff weren’t very friendly and they were not knowledgeable. Several people had trouble with their bookings and I have let my company know not to book there in the future.

The hotel is looking pretty ghetto. The common areas are really banged up, stained carpets, etc. The room was ok, but for how rough the hotel is these days, it’s quite overpriced. It’s not in the best area, so I guess it’s likely to get more rundown, but we were a bit surprised at the condition of the hotel. The staff were all nice except one receptionist who was kinda rude. I thought we had reserved two beds vs a king, so we went back to registration and requested a different room. She responded that was just a preference, not what we reserved, and they didn’t have two beds available for us. She was kinda rude about it and her coworker seemed embarrassed by her rudeness.

The room was fine; clean, relatively comfortable bed. Generally the staff were all nice except one lady at registration. It’s the only hotel available in the area so if you need to stay in the area then the location is good I guess.

This is the most run down hotel I have stayed in for a long time. The rugs were filthy. The paint was dirty. Wallpaper was ripped and dirty. There was a huge water stain leak in my bathroom. There was mold all around the bathtub. Laundry facilities were inadequate with just one machine. Kids running up and down the hallways at night topped off a very poor stay.

The staff here was excellent, particularly Carla at the front desk. The location was fairly near some restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious. Check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast was ok, typical Holiday Inn Express.

The pool had no heat, so the kids couldn't even swim. The room wasn't cleaned daily and we had a very difficult time getting linens for the additional children. The murphy bed couch was unusable because the mattress was so old and flat. My son ended up just sleeping on the couch without folding it out. The bathroom smelled like urine and we were barely given enough towels for each person each day. The bathroom sink did not have hot water either.

We had problems with the toilet and the sofa bed did not have a mattress or bedding. Only 2 hangers, available; there were three of us in the room. No ice bucket, but there was a lid for the bucket. Ice machine was not working. Only 2 towels for three people & no hand towels; also only 1 bar of soap. My charge card was charge $234.10, after the stay, but when I book the room I was quoted $214.00. We DID NOT purchase or request anything else that would require the extra payment.

We had dirty bedding with toenail clippings and blood streaks when pulling back the bedding. Also we got be bug bites all over our legs. I’ve tried talking to the manager multiple times with no success. Everytime we call they tell us manager is gone and we just missed her, however they will call us back. Still no callback.

Men where in vans sitting in front of the door on the phone and texting but that was only at night SCARY for a woman the night clerk was outside as well never said anything to the man that was in the van Breakfast :the ladies that was doing breakfast was not good once the food ran out they didn't fix anymore No hand soap I told the attendant he said he was gone fill it NEVER DID had to spend $100 more for deposit never knew anything about a deposit need to be more clear on somethings

DO.NOT.STAY.HERE. The location is not good. A handful of vehicles, including ours, was vandalized overnight. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. When I called to ask if I left something behind in our rush to get out of there, the person answering the phone would not look and told me to call back.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The couch was leaning to the middle. Bugs in the 3rd floor ice machine. Cold pool. Stink bugs in room bathroom door wouldn't close.

Facilities were old and needed cleaning/painting etc. our room had no tv remote and no phone. Pull out bed has crumbs of food on it. Walls in the facility were scuffed and dirty with chipping paint in areas.
