Furniture in the pool area could be more comfortable. The wood chairs with no padding was a bummer.

Property was clean and modern. Pool area was nice with a lot of towels available. Nighttime cookies were a nice touch. Breakfast choices were many! Even flavored creamer. Nice for a quick stay.

Our room had no lamp by the beds. By the look of the hole, it seems like there used to be one, but it may have broken. The TV wasn’t working quite right, either. Apparently they had issues the day before with a different room, as well.

The location was perfect and we enjoyed using the pool. The breakfast was tasty, although a bit shorter than other hotels we’ve stayed at.

Breakfast. What you called fried eggs, yuk. Scrambled would have been better for a buffet service. Usually like the waffle maker; pancake maker was a lesser alternative.

Location of the hotel was the most important. The bed was great and having comfortable chairs to sit in.

The Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas,and a impressive lobby with a towering fireplace all decked out with decorations and nice comfy furniture.The room was comfortable nice beds, plenty of pillows and the bath with sufficient towels and hot water!The pool and hot tub were a good temp and lounge chairs for sitting.The breakfast had 2 choices of egg and meat, and all the other standard amenities .And coffee available all the time.

At the time of our stay the hot tub was down for repairs. The kids loved the pool but it was too cold for us adults (MT natives) Not a biggie though. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect extra size “queen suite” to accommodate us 2 grandparents joined by a daughter and 2 young grandkids. To their delight there was an elevator, a swimming pool, and a great breakfast room where they could make their own pancakes. The staff was friendly and kind, and the location was central to various locations around the area we needed to visit.

Room coffee maker didn’t work, and it seems the replacement one doesn’t work either.

The atmosphere is attractive with a nice lobby. The location is excellent with lots of good shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed the large screen TV and good cable programming. The breakfast is good.

The only thing that we didn't like was that we were above the kitchen and all we could smell from very early in the morning was bacon. Not the biggest issue, slightly annoying.

The vicinity of the hotel to Kalispell shopping was great. Robert at Reception was very welcoming and helpful. He was a really good ambassador. The room was super clean and comfortable and actually exceeded my expectations on value for money.

This property was incredible from arrival to departure! Room was super clean, bed comfortable and warm, pool and hot tub perfect temperatures and brand new clean and breakfast perfect. An overall steal for the price!

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was an added bonus. Breakfast was a buffet and it was hot and lots of it. Fantastic location, right near some major department stores and it was close to the major hiways so it was easy to exit the city.

Nothing towards the hotel and staff - Pet owners need to pick up after their pets.

Our third stay here at this hotel. The location is great and convenient to a lot of things. The staff were very friendly and they had a complimentary Managers dinner every night we were there. Breakfast was great and the ladies in the dining area were very kind. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Even our pup didn’t want to get out of bed.
